I was on the Experian website to which I have brought this problem to them and they're telling me it's not their problem I have tried to resolve this issue for over 2 months now this company has fraudulently stolen my social security check I didn't even see this company's name or any contact information the advertisement said digital checking account card first of all how is it a checking account when there's no checks involved it's basically a debit card and it had the Experian name on it and so I trusted it also I'm on a website that has my social security number which I never give out but I trusted it again so Experian is not backing me up I knew nothing about this so-called Bank until after the fact when they attach themselves to my social security direct deposit if you know anything about social security their wheels turn slow it takes months for Bank information to change but this was immediate soon as I filled out my information on the application it does have a routing and account number but it is not a checking account in a physical Bank to which they're using both those words I live in a small town in the midwest my bank is right down the street from me the only reason I signed up for this is because it was supposed to help with my credit which I've been battling for years and there was a $50 sign up bonus after I realized the $50 bonus was not going to be issued to me with a card until after my social security check was deposited into their account I immediately called and closed the account I've been to social security several times with no result so now what I've been trying to avoid for 2 months has happened this entity has my social security money and I have nothing and I have to sit here and wait for it to be returned and then social security is going to take their sweet time and who knows how long this is going to take I have been lied to ripped off this is ruining my entire life not to mention the financial repercussions that are going to ensue

I have made multiple deposits to a bank account with **********************. The deposits were meant to be FDIC insured. Yet, as soon as the deposits were made (multiple), the account owner has restricted access to our own balance. The account owner is Verto FX. They stopped responding and they hold our money for no reason. Account NO. ********** Routing NO. *********. We have made these deposits on the 5th, 11th and 14th of July. We also had ~$10k in our account before the deposits. For over 2 months, no real explanation has been given nor they're willing to return our money. Please resolve this and return our funds back to our bank accounts.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

If you provide banking services to a company that steals people & businesses funds and hold them indefinitely and god knows what they do with them, all of this without legal ground and for no reason, I do find it your responsibility and your support or silence that keeps them do what they've been doing to their clients (I've heard they released another company funds after 8 months without having anything against them.)

I reject this response and I will be forced to file a complaint with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). I'll do everything I could to get my funds back and stop thieves and whoever aids them from doing the same to other people.

In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

    Sincerely,

    *******************

This bank issues a prepaid card called Greenlight. I made the account but then decided I didn't need it. I canceled it online but they keep billing me a service fee. I just put in a second attempt to cancel. Hopefully, the combination of a second attempt and BBB will get results. Comments on their app page shows I am not the only one having this problem with them.
