I made a purchase for boots from a seemingly real website. Money lost; never received my boots. Found it afterwards it was a fake website. I tried to contact ****** Boots support to let them know. They were unreachable by phone so I took to social media. They tossed me around between their their American and British affiliates. Never responded to my inquiry. People should stop giving money to companies like this that care NOTHING about their customers. Shameful and disgusting.Review from Jessica W

It seems like hunterrainboots.com is not a real website. They require you create an account to make a purchase with your address, which is sketchy already, and then come to find out you can't actually order anything. Fortunately didnt seem to request credit card info before it errored out, but they have my name and address. :/Review from Heather D

I purchased a pair of boots in the size I normally wear in the brand. When it finally rained and I went to wear them, I discovered that the left boot is an entire size smaller than the right despite being labelled as the same size. I contacted the company but they are refusing to do anything about it as I didnt report the problem within 7 days of receiving the boots. Despite this being an obvious problem in manufacturing, and certainly no fault of my own, they are refusing to return the boots or even exchange them for a wearable pair. They supposedly have a 2 year warranty but are refusing to address the problem under this avenue either. As far as I am concerned, this is theft. The company sold an item that should have come as a pair of boots in the same size. This was not the case but they have happily kept the $200 and have left me with a pair of boots that cannot be worn nor donated as the size difference is so significant that they will not fit anyone. I have never had such an appalling experience with a company before and will never shop there again.Review from Maria J

Wont refund me or give updates on return after the return was delivered almost six weeks ago. **************** is horrible, keep getting excuses that their system is down and that they will open an investigation, when in fact I already opened one and did not get an update. This company actually fraudulently charged my credit card. I was to receive a credit and they recharged my card. It's been 90 days with no resolution from them. They claim I'll get a call or an email or that it will be taken care of and how sorry they are. A VERY BAD COMPANY. I will never purchase anything from them again. Be warned, their customer service department is the worst I've ever dealt with. AND, they will charge you for items they should have credited you for... just because!Review from Ellen M

Their customer service is awful. They are not picking up phones, although it states right on their official website they are working from home, are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, and they "aim to reply" within ***** hours. I have dealt with different representatives through their "chat" option. They put the incorrect address. This should be a simple fix. I contacted them right after the order, to get my order number, a label wasn't created. They told me *** was delivering, then I received an email stating ****** They told me ***** and *** work together. No. They are competitors. They promised to escalate my issue to an "internal team" Well if there is a "team" and everyone is working from home, why is it taking so long? I was told I may not get my product. I asked for a refund and they advised no. I have to take additional steps. Do not purchase directly from Hunter. The past three days have been awful.
