1. Poor Product Quality:Last year, several items I purchased became unwearable after the first wash. I never even had the chance to wear them, resulting in a significant waste of money. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again this year. All the clothes I bought for my child shrank after washing, rendering them unusable.2. Unacceptable Customer Service:When I contacted their customer service for assistance, I was subjected to a disorganized and inefficient process:Online Chat: I was initially asked to provide the order number and reference numbers for each item, which I did. However, I was then required to provide individual photos for each item. Given that I had already provided the reference numbers, I found this request redundant.Additionally, the chat system did not support photo sizes from my phone, forcing me to manually edit and upload each image. When I informed the agent that I needed time, my session was abruptly disconnected after just two ************* Support: Frustrated, I called customer service, where I had to repeat the entire process, reciting reference numbers and providing photos yet again. I was told to return to the chat system, which added to my frustration.Repetitive and Inefficient Communication: Despite assurances that I only needed a case number to proceed, I was repeatedly asked for reference numbers and photos. I had six orders with over 50 items, many of which had already shrunk after washing. the agent suggested I refrain from washing the remaining items and return them if I suspected shrinkageleading to 36 return requests.Throughout this exhausting process, the agents were impatient and unhelpful, constantly pressuring me to provide information quickly without acknowledging the time and effort I had already invested.Review from Rachelle E

I've been shopping at Zara online for years without any issues. In my most recent order, I purchase 5 things, after trying them on, two were extremely small (and I had sized up from my normal size based on the sites recommendation), so I immediately submitted a return request and mailed the items back the next day, in the same condition they arrived and with tags. I then received an email 10 days later saying they wouldn't re refunding me for one of the items because it didn't meet their return criteria. I attempted to speak with customer service via chat but they didn't know what the criteria was that wasn't met, said there was nothing more they could do, and abruptly ended the chat while I was responding! Before the chat disconnected, I even brought up that it didn't seem to matter to them that I have over ************************************************************************* anything else. I later received the item and it had max a 1/4 inch deodorant line on it, but otherwise looked that same as when I originally got it, which was brand new. This feels like a way to simply scam people out of money at this point since there's no way to dispute their claim and no reasoning to why it didn't meet their return criteria. What happened to this store? At one point this used to be my favorite Zara I went to get clothes and ring them up at the men's section. The workers were busy chatting and laughing and said that I need to go checkout at the women's side. I went to the self checkout and the new system they had was super confusing as all my items were miscounted as I was leaving they hired a non English speaking security lady who told me they had to check my bags when I mentioned the self checkout system is confusing the manager was very rude and condescending told me " I had to pay attention to the screen" when checking out. Id rather go to the ******* or ***** location. This was a terrible shopping experience.Review from Cassandra M

I will never buy anything else from ZARA.,I bought four items December 28 the clerk that typed my number and typed her own phone number and so therefore when I got back to the I live in to return the items that did not fit with the tags attached I was told they cannot find my receipt they couldnt scanthe barcodes on the clothing on the tags and they would not issue a refund nor a store credit. How is this allowed in the *************? hasnt the Better business ***** done anything to resolve this MatterReview from Daniela R

I made several online purchases as usual and one of them was sent by a different carrier. The fact is that I have a camera on my door and the order was not delivered. I contacted the carrier and received no response. I contacted Zara who, in addition to not sending me any proof of delivery, also left me without the products and without the amount I paid for them. I only want one thing: a photo to prove the delivery or my money back! It is absurd the way they treat the consumer, like a liar! I was at home and I have a camera.Review from Lydia E

I tried to return my clothes unworn, with tags on, within my return period and they didn't allow me to. Two of the items came damaged, and calling, going in store, and using the online chat both resulted in lack of replies. This store is a scam.Review from N . D

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Zara USA. Their return policy is absolutely unreasonable. I placed an order that arrived on December 10th, the same day I left the country for a holiday. Zara's return policy starts from the date of shipment, which completely disregards the fact that I was not even in possession of the item when the return window ********** make matters worse, when I returned to the **** and attempted to return the item, they refused to honor the return. I explained that I had been out of the country and could provide proof, but the customer service representative did not even try to offer a solution. Instead, they just repeated the same scripted responses with no real effort to understand or address the issue.Interestingly, an item I purchased in-store on December 9th (just a day before my trip) I was able to return without any issues. This inconsistency in their policies is baffling. Why would Zara start the return window when I didnt even have the item in hand? It feels completely unfair and illogical.When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that they are not allowed to escalate the issue, which is unacceptable. Zara's customer service was dismissive, rigid, and completely unhelpful.I am very frustrated with this experience and will be hesitant to shop at Zara again, especially after this lack of consideration for their customers' needs and circumstances.I hope ********************** takes this feedback seriously and reviews their policies and customer service practices.Review from Laura G

I bought my daughter a Christmas present, when I received it they had sent the wrong size. I contacted them immediately and they sent me a return label which I then sent it back the next day but was told they were out of stock. They stated they would be refunding me as soon as they received it. They received the package on December ********************************************************************* my refund I have contacted them several times with no resolution. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service and they don't care. They do not deserve any stars at all? I will never buy anything else from this company. Buyer bewareReview from K. M

Terrible place.Price had sticker of $29.99 instead of $49.99.Rang up as $49.99. Employee said that was a "mistake", tore the sticker off and charged $49.99.Decided that wasn't "right". I returned the item.They asked me for my "phone number" for the return. I provided my home #.They then told me I would receive a text with my return receipt. Not sure how that would happen with a land line? Didn't ask me for a cell number. Didn't tell me they had to text me the receipt. Had NO WAY of printing a receipt for a refund. So now I have to watch my credit card statement to see if I get a refund...or if I have to charge back the purchase.FRAUDULENT way of running a business.I would never shop there again.
