I had a horrible experience with this company I have never heard of any company with an assess model taking away the remaining days of your month if you don't sign up for the next month. I ended up paying over $300 for three days to use their product because I did not want to renew at $365 for the next month. They took the money that I paid for 30 days and gave me three days worth of service. It's hard to believe that any company that hopes to succeed would have such a greedy program in place that effectively steals customers' money, and hold them hostage if they won't keep paying. It's a very complicated product and it's possible that in the next couple of weeks, I might have even figured out how to use it and kept using it but I didn't want the chance the $365 charge was going to roll over because I didn't pay attention and I'm utterly shocked that their policy is to rob you of the remaining days of your subscription if you don't participate in their store and scheme to pay for the next month. When companies act this way it's never a good sign.

The user has already received a full refund of $348 on June 12, 2024, with no resistance from Bubble. This refund was processed even prior to the BBB becoming involved.Their primary concern appears to be the inability to utilize the remaining days of the paid plan. It is important to note that Bubble's terms (section 9c) has clearly stated that "Cancelled Accounts will immediately lose access to paid features on the Platform and other paid Bubble services upon cancellation ..."
