    If I could have selected "0" stars I would! The free shipping incentive is a scam. I don't order from Avon regularly because of the shipping cost and the minimum for free shipping is $60. Which is rather high compared to other companies. I received an email stating "FREE SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING TODAY ONLY WITH CODE DREAMFS" I is actually a dream. I love the eye and lip liners. In my opinion they are incredible. And they're on sale for $3.99 each. I ordered 6 - and going thru the check out process I was looking for the area to enter the coupon code. I order thru ****** and once I go thru the check out process with ****** - usually it brings me back to the check out section of the vendor's website. This time it directly placed the order. Never showing the area to enter the coupon code. This is the second time this happened to me- I stopped ordering from Avon for a couple of years because of it. They trick you in to ordering with the free shipping and hit you with the $8.00 shipping anyway. I tried contacting customer service and was told once order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. They suggested I refuse the order or return it. Either way... I'm out the shipping cost plus my time and energy to return the products. I am truly disgusted with this company. I used to sell Avon years ago and it was all about satisfying the customer. That concept has gone down the toilet!! I will not be ordering from Avon again and I would suggest to anyone who is interested in ordering from them to be extremely careful when placing an order. Watch for the hidden scams!

    I placed an online $80+ order on 12/1/24. I was supposed to receive a "free gift" with a purchase of $75+. Their website was a little difficult to navigate. Their "chat" screen appeared and I was unable to get out of it as it did not offer an option to exit it. It also covered up a good portion of my computer screen. Well, it did not give me the option to order my free gift either. I contacted my Avon **** and she tried unsuccessfully to remedy the situation with customer service. I, too, contacted customer service and they said they could not give me my "free" item. I said you "will not", not that they "could not". This is unacceptable as they are not honoring their offer. Avon used to be a very good and reputable company but to date, I certainly have my doubts.

    July 18th, I ordered 3 Avon items - 2 Skin So Soft lotions and 1 bubble bath and 1 Shower Gel for a total of $51. I really liked the bubble bath and Shower Gel and gave the lotions as a Birthday gift. I found out from the recipient of the lotions that neither had much of a fragrance. I was unable to phone customer service as I was out of country, but I was able to email customer service within just a few days of receiving the order and tell them of my disappointment and requested a refund for the lotions. I received an email back "Thank you for your email. We have received your comments/questions and we will reply as soon as possible. Thank you! I was away out of the country for personal reasons until three days ago, and was checking on my request for a refund and realized I hadn't gotten a refund nor an email about my refund. Today, Sept 11th, I called the customer service number and was told that I should have called them instead of emailing them - "although emailing them about an issue is an option". I explained why I had to email them - that I was out of the country and could not call. I explained I had gotten an email back stating they received my email. I told them that I never received a follow up email and did not get a refund. They told me too much time had past since I placed the order and they would not refund my money - a supervisor told me the same thing. Even after I explained my situation - NO REFUND. We are talking about less than $30 to resolve an issue for a customer. I will never purchase ********************** again. It used to be a great company but now they do not stand behind their products.

    I am owed over $1100 in commissions and cannot get paid by avon. I have spoken with customer service, it was escalated and they did absolutely nothing. At this point I just want what is owed to me and I'll go somewhere else. If they don't fix it I will have to take to social media, the news and a lawyer to resolve it.

    I just purchased Bug Guard plus IR3535 Expedition all in one protection family size spray and sat the bottle on my brand new kitchen table for 2 days. When I picked up the bottle, it had leaked and ate thru the top of my table and left permanent damage in the finish. I will never buy another Avon product, ever. We put that stuff on our children ! Its not safe. Period

    I would give them a Zero if I could. I placed an order online from a brochure that was provided the items I ordered were on sale in the brochure, but I was charged full price. I asked for the order to be canceled before it was shipped, they would not cancel the order. Now that I have received the order, they will not provide me a *** number so I can return the order. They tell me to print out the return form to get the *** number. I informed them I do not have access to a printer. They refuse to just provide me a *** number that I can use ship the package back to Avon

    For years I've been purchasing products from The Avon Company. This time i have ordered a multitude of products to have shipped to me overseas. Avon has given me two fake tracking numbers and my products never reached its intended location overseas. I've called them with the Avon Rep four times to no avail, the Avon Rep kept us on the phone for over an hour each time and then told me that since the complaint was made over 30 days we cannot return your funds. Avon Company has scammed me out of $138.60, they were not sorry or remorseful and the Avon Company did not offer a solution. They just kept my money and did not resend the products to me overseas. I will encourage many people to stop purchasing products from Avon and I have already succeeded in the Avon Rep to quit after they saw how the Avon Company treated me they quit. The Avon Company is no longer a trustworthy Billion Dollar Company, they are true Scammers.

    Had the most horrible experience with an Avon repressive named ************************* from ********, she kept harassing me saying I was poisoned when I said I had been vaccinated when she asked, she was extremely inappropriate! Please do something about this! No one should be harassing customers like that!
