My name is ************************* and on November 7, 2019 I went to the Century First offices in *****, ******************************* was the person in charge of my debt consolidation which consisted of 3 credit cards and a personal loan.He calculated how much I should pay per month for 36 months; I agreed to make the contract with them and started making monthly payments of $334.02.Between my credit cards ***** of America, ****, *************** and my personal loan with ************ my debt reached $17,944 and with the consolidation that I accepted that debt was lowered to $12,024 that according to the gentleman this value was going to cover all my debts and after 3 years I was going to be debt free and without any credit report. In June 2021 ************** sent me to court for the debt of $3.632; I called many times to the phone number that appears on the Century First web page and they never answered, I called my bank to cancel the automatic payment to this contract and ********************************** contacted me calling me and letting me know that I had not received the payment for that month; I informed her what had happened and she told me that she was going to review my case, after about a week she called me back informing me that there were two options to cancel the debt of the ************** card. The first was to pay the entire debt in one payment (which I did not have the money) and the second was to make 12 monthly payments to the creditor but I would have 4 additional payments added to the 36 payments already approved in the contract. After 36 months and $11,356.68 that I paid, this Century First company only paid the **** bill for $1,037.32 and since December 6, 2022 I am still waiting for an answer as to where my money is or why they have not made any payment on my debts as recorded in the contract.I just want my debts to be paid and removed from my credit report.

Regarding her complaint, we do not have the ability to take the reports off her credit report. That is not something debt settlement companies are able to do. Regarding her issue with the Discover card, the agreement she signed with the company does stipulate that the 36 month program is an estimated length and may take longer than that or more payments for it. Regarding the status of her accounts, she can always call ************** to get an updated status on her accounts.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

the collection company contacted me in March making me the promise that in the following two months they were going to pay my debts, when ******* contacted me on my phone we agreed that I was going to give them two months for them to fulfill their promises.

The two months have passed, only the ************** credit card has been paid. Again, I have tried to communicate with this company through e-mails and calls but no one responds. Now, the personal loan I have with ************ is in collection for $12,000.

I opened a Debt Resolution Agreement with Century First Credit Solutions on 11/25/2019 for a total of 10 accounts that would get paid off - I have been making monthly payments of $304.52 in which they would distribute that amount and begin to pay off the accounts I wanted paid off well this has not been the case as my employer was visited by the Sheriff and my wages are now being garnished for one of the accounts (target) that this company Credit Solutions should have been paying since 2019. Not only are my wages being garnished the amount I owe has now increased from $1385 to over $2039.81. Not only that but I have also been contacted by a ****************** by the name of Portfolio Recoveries in which 3 different accounts ******* ********* ***************) have also not been getting which are also included in the contract with Credit Solutions. I am now making 1 additional monthly payment for every single collection on top of the $304.52 monthly payment made to Credit Solution for them to be paying off these debts in which they have not been. I visited the office in *********** ** to complain and bring the summons but they are no longer at this location I have attempted to call every single day and I am only prompted to leave a Voice Mail and which I have but nobody has bothered to call me back since my wages were garnished in January. I am being charged for a service that is not being fulfilled by the company. Where are they sending my money? I want a full reimbursement as clearly my accounts are not getting paid, I want to get contacted by Credit Solutions for an explanation or resultion on this matter and I want all the accounts paid off as I have never failed to make a single payment since 2019.
