The room was hot , the pizza is served the second you get there so you have no choice but to eat right away . Only water provided , was suppose to get a star shirt for my daughter for her birthday and we didnt . Was told she could pick the color theme she liked best but they picked yellow and green . I specified her favorite color was pink. Overall not worth the money . Go on a weekday with no kids and youll enjoy it way more . Dont spend money on packages , rip offReview from Erin M

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought *********** this afternoon to the Kingston location. We weren't even there 10mins and the power went out. We waited 15 minutes, power didn't come back and staff gave no direction to anyone. People were yelling to find their kids. I paid cash, requested a refund, and was told they don't do refunds. I checked in and had to pay up front for my headcount. I was missing 5 children. I set up my decorations then they told me I was in the room early so they were taking time off the back end of my party. I said no bc they were the ones who brought me into the room early. I didn't request it. I refused to lose time so she told me i had to step out the room until my party time began. My party started at 11am and it was then 10:55am *****! No one was in the room to greet my guests. I had to hand out the socks to the kids when they arrived. I did everything myself, handing out pizza, pouring juice to passing cupcakes out and clean up. My fam helped me to keep the party flow going bc when we were ready for all these points the host wasn't there. Thank God I brought my own lighter for candles bc they didn't have one. My package didn't include gift bags but they had them on the table with the kids. I didn't know what they were. No one told me. She then said if anyone took them she would have to charge me for them. Why were they in the room if it wasn't in my package??? So at the end when a few parents had left with them the location's host approached the parents for them to return the bags. She was quite rude and attitudish in the process. They then promptly rolled out the rack of things ppl left behind as my party time ended and left them in the play area. I was told they'd give me a free pass for one child but no one ever gave me one. If I didn't seem out the manager for this I wouldn't have gotten it. No one wrapped up my party for me. No one saw us off or asked how the party time was. To top it all off I stepped on a s**** in the play area that fell out of a nearby bench. Thank God I missed the point???? My oldest is 14yo and we have three boys. We have been planning parties for our kids since he was 1! I've never had such a c*** experience anywhere!!! I have left messages to make these complaints a week ago. Their response time is 48 hrs but no one has reached out.Review from Dee M

Horrible/partial service and Host and guest Humiliated by manager and employee:We booked a birthday party for my daughter at Billy Beez and booked the Ultimate Package which included a full-service host (a copy attached). We didnt get any service except someone unlocking the party room door for us, brought the food from the kitchen and a lady who came to clean the room and left us all fuming because of her attitude. The party host was supposed to arrange everything in the room for us, but we ended up running around and doing everything ourselves. No one came and checked if we needed anything.The Ultimate package included 10 bottles of water for the children, but children were served pizza without any water or any other drinks. We ordered extra pizza and chicken tenders (receipt attached), but they didnt give any plates, cutlery, or napkins till we asked at their restaurant (as part of the full service they should provide us with everything). We ordered 2 pitchers of sodas, but they didnt give us any cups. I think they expected us to drink from the entire jug like cavemen. A place that specializes in hosting Birthday parties didnt have candles or knife either. This package included a t-shirt for the Birthday child which we never received.Review from Charlett S.

I am appalled that this manager is still working at this establishment. She does not manage expectations and if approached with an issue she takes it personally and becomes argumentative and disgruntled. She has caused multiple issues with many parents and does not act professional when approached with situations that need to be addressed. She is beyond rude and has a horrible attitude. I will not be taking my children here anymore, and after reading all the reviews below I do not know how she has not been replaced.Review from Gabrielle H

The absolute WORST place to bring your children. We visited the location in ********, ** and Jolin was rude from the time or check in. The employees that worked with her even talked about how big of a b***** she is. She is miserable and watches you like a hawk, This place is trashy and not good for children. The place was dirty and half of the stuff did not even work. They kicked us out because my husband did not have his shoes on, after charging an arm and a leg to get in. Do not bring your kids to this and waste your money! There is many other options inside this mall (super nice and much more family oriented), check them out instead of this place so you wont waste money and be disappointed like we were!Review from Lil C

My 8 year old attempted to get a $5.00 ice cream from the machine inside Billy Beez in ************ , ******** **.The machine took our money without giving the ice cream. I spoke to an employee and she rudely replied. Its not our problem. Youll have to call the company on the machine. We have nothing to do with the machine.I questioned if its in their establishment, if she could do anything. I also added that my 8 year old is in tears.She said Well thats just too bad. Thats our policy.I was so taken back with her attitude especially in a so called child-friendly establishment.Review from Jackie G

They have the absolute worst customer service. *** called several times since March to cancel, when I was finally able to speak to a rep who promised a refund which was never given. Months later I am still trying to get the promised refund I get a rep by the name of **** with a nasty attitude. Of course she refused to provide the refund because I said I will call my bank. According to her its a threat me calling my bank to get the money that was promised. It is the absolute worst company to ever book a party. It doesnt matter which location you call no one ever answers the phone. ********************* in such a company who doesnt put their customers first.Review from Lisa O

Do not book a party! I wish I had looked at the BBB website prior to booking. I initially booked online for the Middletown location, and needed to modify the party. When confirming the party, I had asked the associate to provide me with pricing for both deluxe and standard. The associate provided me with two prices of the parties (including food and pitchers as well as additional guests). When I arrived at the location, the price was completely different than what I was quoted! At the store the manager said she couldn't do anything to rectify the issue BUT customer service could. Fast forward, I spoke to **** in customer service **** changed the narrative completely noting the cost of the party was 100% accurate, despite the misquote of the store associate. Additionally, **** stated that she was unwilling to address the concern other than retraining store associates. She noted "Because I'm not giving you what you want, I am going to end this call." While I advised her that I would be filing a complaint with BBB, she accused me of "slandering" the company, because my needs were not being met- while also stating to me that I was being "really mature" after asking to speak to her supervisor regarding her handling of this issue. She also advised that all BBB complaints go to her, so she was not worried about this complaint being filed. **** ended the call by hanging up on me, not addressing the ultimate issue of store employees inaccurately quoting me a price that staff admitted was a mistake.Review from Michael M

Terrible place for kids! We had booked a birthday party on 12/10/2022. When we arrived, there was a brawl in the check in lobby spilling out into the mall. People were running, at least one child was knocked down and stepped on. As far as I could see, the staff was not trying to stop the fight or help the patrons who were waiting to get in and caught in the middle. Once inside, the staff and manager did not seem concerned about what happened. When we pointed out that some of the people who were in the fight were still in the play area and cafe and asked what was being done to make sure that it didn't continue, we were told that they were paying customers so had a right to stay. At no point did I feel like any of the staff took the matter seriously.While the kids had a good time playing, we were not provided a party host (as paid for) nor did any of the staff check to ensure things were going well until the end of the party when we were told that another group was coming in so we had to leave. The best part is that I was provided contact information to follow up on the situation which appears to be a dumping ground for voicemail messages. No one answers the phones and so far after many messages, no one returns calls,Absolutely unprofessional. Do not recommend this place at all. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.
