    Purchased a swim suit that was too large. I returned it with the seal still intact and tags on it. Burberry returned the swim suit to me stating I wore it. I have no real return history with Burberry or any store. Now I am stuck with a swimsuit that is too big.

    I was about to pay for a Mens bumbag when all of a sudden the Manager (not dressed properly - probably off that day) went out and said my sales associate made a mistake by giving me 25% off for the item. My card was already processed and she specifically had to reverse my sale and said to me had I let this go through, it would cost my associate his job! This behaviour was very unprofessional to say the least. It says a lot about the Burberry Outlet Store in *********. That associate - ***** deserves a better job. Apparently he could be fired for a $100 price discrepancy. Terrible service ??

    I have purchased a trench coat last Sunday 4/23, and had a change of mind so went back on Tuesday to return it. Theres a 14 day return policy. The trench is in exact the same new condition, never been wore. The store manager was extremely rude right away after he heard I needed a return. He started flipping the jacket around then find a tiny white spot (about 1mm big) then he said that was the stain, they refused the return! Wtf! This is ridiculous! He made me feel so uncomfortable cause he kept acting like a child and just kept saying no no we just wont give u the return. It has only been less than 2 days since we made the purchase, how is it not meeting the return standard? We have purchased many Luxury products and this has never happened!!! We even filed a complaint to their customer service and tried to speak to his manager, all we got back is they talked to the store manager and they still wont issue a return.! We have the customer right with the return also their reaction is not acceptable!

    This place is ridiculous I literally own everything they have , I have sent out my purse to get fixed about 3 months ago lol and was supposed to be ready a month later never got a call to see what happened to my purse , I was literally bounced back and forth from customer service and the store that wouldnt pick up and customer service told me they cant do nothing about it it is ridiculous out of control does r take three months to deal with this and I tried to calll to see when I will get my purse back they said they still dont know what the up date is and I should just calll back tomorrow to see if there any updates why would I call everyday to see if my purse that I paid for to get an update on it it is just ridiculous

    EDIT: scarf was 390 without tax $390 scarf started fraying after 2nd wear The scarf i bought from them started coming apart from both ends after only wearing it 2x. They refused to replace or repair it and basically told me there is nothing they were going to do about it. They told me it was my fault. I went to the store (4 1/2 hr drive to the closest one) and saw one in store that looked like it was doing the same thing and one of the sales associates let it slip that they see this a lot. Will never purchase anything from this company again!!!

    I purchased a $1400 tote from Burberry online. I was so excited when it arrived and then horrified at what I found. The purse was clearly used. The tag was unattached at the bottom of the tote along with dirt and sand. There was also dirt and sand in the pocket of the bag. The bag did not smell new, quite the opposite to be exact. Also, whoever packaged the bag did a terrible job. Thank goodness, I was able to speak with an excellent Burberry customer service agent that was able to process my return. I decided to share this story with the hopes that Burberry will read it and make steps to improve quality control.
