    I took my barely used wallet to this location in the early part of November for a repair. The clasp to my wallet kept coming undone (I rarely use this wallet). I was treated very well by the associate. I was informed of the process and agreed. I was sent an email and told I would be updated on the progress. I NEVER received and update. It was like pulling teeth to reach someone. Today is December 4, 2024 and I received a call at 7:29 AM from an ****. I thought it was a joke a first because her conversation was that of a teenager at mind you it was early in the morning. Who makes outbound calls during non-business hours. I was told that it was cost me $120 to fix. UNACCEPTABLE. This is a manufacturer issue. **** also stated they had this information since 11.14.2024 but no one reached out because the girl that does repairs quit and they are trying to find a replacement (now you can see why I thought this was a joke. Gucci **** speak in that manner??) She then told me they will not waive the fee, which means they can. Gucci's service and products are horrible. Depending on who you are, you are treated like c*** We need to stop investing in these companies. NOT WORTH IT

    10/23 I purchased sunglasses that began to weaken ( the arm of the glasses) after a few months I decided to take them to Gucci (between6/24-8/24 ) at ****** to have them repairedfast forward I was sent an email telling me what needed to be replaced and how much, and that they needed to replace both arms its now 12/24 I just got a text not a call but a text saying that they cant repair them. And They will would give me a credit, no other options on the repair or anything, just a credit which does me no good cause Im stuck with a pair of glasses I can no longer wear so I will be forced to but another pair which feels like I am shelling out more money. Everyone in CS are a matter fact and no help with just trying to get a replacement instead of a credit I am very annoyed that they dont have whats needed to resolve this issueand expect me to just be ok with a credit and broken glasses as if my money doesnt matter I have reached out to Gucci via SM hoping someone up higher can help come up with a better solution. Lets see how this goes stay tune

    *. ****** 11/16/24 I bought a Gucci watch and needed the watch band replaced. I called their flagship store but the store itself does not answer, only **** from a service center answer. I have tried to pay for this but it is impossible. They want details repeatedly from the beginning. Their payment link doesnt work.I have wasted my time everyday. I am not going to get this back and will have to take legal action.Never do business with Gucci.

    I bought a Gucci handbag for my wifes birthday and ordered a monogram 3 letters of her name on the strap of the handbag. When she received her handbag Gucci spelt her name backwards. This was very disappointing, and extremely poor service I am so disgusted by this shoddy workmanship. **************** was very rude and unhelpful considering that this gift was a birthday present and very expensive. I need this to resolved in a smooth and timely manner asap.

    I bought a pair of sun glasses at Gucci in ********, **. When I wore them for a few hours, I realized that the glasses' frames are not aligned, so I tried to return them within 30 days, but they rejected. They said they had been worn and that I made the frames unaligned. I feel cheated by Gucci.

    My son-in-law ordered a Gucci bag from their sales department via telephone last December. Before Christmas he went to the *************, ********* Gucci store to pick up the bag and proceeded to give it to my daughter. She didn't like the logo on the bag and promptly returned it to the ******* store where she was shockingly informed by *********************************, the General manager of the store that the bag was a counterfeit.. She was extremely rude to my daughter and accused her of attempting to return a fake bag and that the company had no responsibility or obligation to make this right. Understandably distressed by the stores treatment, my son-in-law attempted to elevate this to Ms. ********* boss ************************ She went dark as well--No response. After repeated calls, my son-in-law received an e-mail from ***********************, Senior Team ******** ****** Services Americas who said in an e-mail the short story, the bag was a Gucci handbag yes. I will be more than happy to explain and please rest assured it was an authentic Gucci handbag. Thank you so much for your time and happy holidays! What happened here was either (a) the company sold my daughter a fake bag and then harassed her for trying to return it; or (b) the company sold my daughter an authentic bag but then accused her of trying to return a fake bag and harassing her about it. I sent by certified mail a letter dated January 9, **** outlining the entire situation to both the Gucci America President ****************** and the holding company President *************** To date, no acknowledgment of even receiving my letter. There has been a total systematic failure throughout the company. No accountability or desire to resolve the issue. How about an apologize! The company also has the obligation to investigate the lapse in its value chain, determine the size of the problem and inform those customers that have been impacted. How many other customers have been sold a fake Gucci bag? Caveat emptor--let the buyer beware.

    My husband purchased me a belt for Christmas. It was too big. We called Gucci and we were issued a Fed Ex Label. We shipped the belt back and waiting for the exchange for a smaller belt. The belt was only tried on for size. It had all tags on it and was put back in original packaging. Gucci "declined" the exchange claiming the belt was worn. Their customer service was horrific. I would never purchase from them again. It is such a scam, especially after reading about so many other people who have had similar issues. DO NOT BUY.

    Paid $1000 for sneakers that normally would be a 1/2 size big, only after wearing them for 20 minutes got severe blisters on my feet. Asked if I could exchange them for a size that I could wearthey said no it was against their policy since the shoes had been worn (for 20 minutes). They refuse to help remedy the situation. Do not buy here unless you want to keep itthey could care less about customer service.

    Don't be fooled by the name brand. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time plus their bags are JUNK.My husband bought me a $1500 bag a few months ago. The hardware fell apart after wearing it only three times. This has never happened to any other of my high-end designer bags.I contacted Gucci and was asked to provide a receipt and photos, which I did. Then I was told "Congratulations", you need to pay $134 + tax to fix the issue because it was purchased at ************* and not through Gucci. I asked the customer "solutions" team if ******************** made the bag and they said yes. They also said that since it's a legit Gucci bag, they couldn't send me the parts and they had to repair the bag themselves. But since I didn't buy from them directly they wouldn't comp my repair. (My repair is a piece of hardware or a s**** by the way.)I communicated my frustration via email. Then I tried talking to a manager. She was very rude and dismissive and basically repeated herself and their policy over and over again to me like I was stupid.I asked if there was someone above her and she said there was nobody else at Gucci that I could talk to. She doesn't have a boss that she reports to? I find that very hard to believe. She also hung up on me.Overall, I can afford the $134 but it's the principal that it's a brand-new $1500 bag that fell apart like a piece of garbage. Plus, it's ironic that I need to reaffix their LOGO to my bag which is like free advertising, and they can't accommodate me.The fact that I've spent all this time on trying to get a small piece of hardware is beyond me. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The manager that I spoke with was one of the rudest people ever. Plus she has no power at all to take care of customers.I know Gucci is a big famous brand, so why should they care about me? Please don't buy Gucci. Spend your money elsewhere.
