    Purchased a watch only wore it for a few days and the gold material is rubbing off and my money should be returned! Instead Im given the run around by customer service to seek repair for a defective watch! This is a terrible response to this issue!

    Placed order ******* on 6/29/22.Item shipped on 7/1 and became lost on 7/9.Have been contacting Salvatore Ferragamo customer service and no one can provide me with a refund for an item I did not receive.It is now 8/17, I never received my item and Ferragamo still has my money. Since the item shipped from the ********* store, SF is telling me its on them and not the e-commerce site. I just want my money back for an item I did not receive!

    Client disputed the charge with her credit card company so they refuse to allow us to credit her. We've accepted the dispute on our side so the credit card company will be reversing the charge.

    This is a copy of the letter I sent to the company on several occasions: Hello,On May 15, 2022, I placed an order, order number: *******, the DRIVER WITH GANCINI ORNAMENT. I returned the product and have not received my refund. According to *** tracking, your company has received the shoes I purchased on May 25, 2022. I have spoken to several customer service representatives and have not received any information about my order. Today is July 5th, and there has not been a response or update to the status of my refund. Ferragamo has both my shoes and my money! When will there be an update on my refund? It has been over 30 days and going on two months since you have accepted my money and maintained possession of the product purchased. Is this normal operating procedure? When will my refund be processed? How long will this process take? Thank you,***************************

    We are sorry for the delay in the refund. Please be advised that this refund was processed on 7/21/22. It should take 5-7 days, depending on your credit card company, for the refund to be issued back to your card.

    Hi there, I bought two pair of shoes on line for my husband from ********************** order# *******. I received them on May 4, 2022. They were not the right size, we took them to Ferragamo store in ******** mall the same day. We bought the same shoes but the right sizes from the store. The store manager was very nice and told us they can return the shoes to the warehouse for us. On may 12 I received the following email after I called them to follow up on my refund.Dear Neda,Thank you for contacting **********************.Concerning your request, we would like to confirm that your return was received by our distribution center as of Friday, May 6th at 11:11 am. Please note that we aim to issue credit after parcel being approved for refund is 14 business days from the day we have received the package.Please note that it may take **** business days for returns to be processed in our warehouse. Once your return has been handled, then your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. However, please note that according to our Terms and Conditions we are obligated to issue a credit within 30 days.We remain at your disposal.Best regards, Tiana ********************** ************* I followed up several times with customer service on May 18 I received the following email from them:Dear Neda,We are pleased to inform you that the items you have returned were received; our ****************** will inspect them shortly and if approved, will send your return for processing.If you are a registered customer, you may also check the status in "My Orders" section on the website So far I haven't received my refund I called them many times the customer service keep saying warehouse has not approved the refund, They do not give me any reason why they don't process my refund. Even customer service has no idea why the warehouse doesn't approve my refund. I have all email from Ferragamo confirming they received the items. Many thank
