    I purchased OVER-THE-**** IVY BOOTS in October 2021 for $1235.00, order# ********. On Oct. 10th 2022, I became aware that the boots were defective when the person whom I purchased the shoes for wore them for the first time and informed me they were defective. While they only had worn the shoe one time, every step they took the black rectangular piece attached to the heel would pop out as she walked in them. This was not only a defective characteristic, but also a safety hazard. I reached out to Stella McCartney (SMC) the same day I became aware of the problem. From ***'s website: "The legal guarantees established by Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code as defined below, apply to the sale of the Products. Under these Articles, you have the right, free of charge, to get the Product repaired (or replaced) within the limits provided by the law, or, in case of failure of one of the remedies above (according to Article 130, para 7, of the Consumers Code), to have an appropriate reduction in the price of the Products, or the contract cancelled. You lose these rights if you fail to notify SMC of the lack of conformity within 2 (two) months from the date on which you detected such lack of conformity. In any event, actions intended to assert a lack of conformity not maliciously concealed by *** shall automatically lapse 26 (twenty-six) months after the delivery of the Products."On March 3, 2023, I received a shipping label via email from *** customer service so that I could return the and on March 10, 2023 I dropped off the boots at DHL (WAYBILL ** **** ****). Since dropping them off at ***, I have tirelessly tried to contact *** customer service via email and numerous phone calls in effort to either get the boots replaced or my money refunded. From Oct. 2022- August 2023 I would converse with SMC via email. From August 2023- October 2023 I would call SMC and each time they would tell me there hasn't been a resolution made and to continue waiting.

    I purchased a pair of joggers on January 29,2023 The item was to small, I sent the item back to the company Stella McMarthy unworned, this will be the 5th company I will not support. These companies out here robbing the American Citizens, items are sent to customers in bad condition or wrong size, when sending the merchandise back to the company theyre holding customers refund hostaged, obviously they want their companies shut down.

    Hi I was illegally charged state taxes in a online transaction that I was not supposed to be charged . When I challenged the issue customer service could not explain what the sales tax went to or why they were collecting taxes when I clearly live in ** who is exempt from taxes on clothing and shoes .
