    Zero stars. Account opened in my name fraudulently. I called customer service to resolve the issue. There is no fraud department, or manager to speak to. They would also not close the account until it was reviewed by an escalation team. So an account sits open in my name, that they will not close until I hear back from them. They have zero to no fraud protection for customers or care for humans.

    I have my rent money on my account on the 29th of October. I attempted to pay my rent ($1300) on the 30th but it said insufficient funds. I check my account and they took my money out of the account and doesnt show where the money went. I called customer service they told me they will make a dispute and the money will be credited back to my account in 10 business days. I called customer service every other day since thats happened and they said the same thing, wait the 10 business days. Today marks 10 business days and still no money. I called yet again and the gave me the runaround hung up on me twice and refused to give me a email phone number to anyone higher up. I am very frustrated with this banking. The customer service representative are rude and dont know what they are talking about. They wanted to just transfer me to another representative so i can do the whole explanation again.

    I have a little over 2 months shaving my payroll with current . I have experience nightmares when reaching out to support . I had what I thought was an unauthorized charge.problem was the charge wasnt showing on my transaction list so I couldnt give the receipt number. Reached out to chat support to help me . 2 hr long chat with no answer. Agent named *** ****** was very incompetent. Couldnt help me without a receipt number . I asked to get my cards replaced . I sent in documents they requested . Mind you I was uploading them into our chat . This person decided to end chat on me. I chat back in got a diff agent named ******** . They were just as bad as *** ****** . They told me I had to pay $5 per card to get my cards replaced. I was negative. I told them if my money gets fraudulently taken when my payroll hits I would be mad . ******** response was some of your funds will atleast cover the negative balance you have . Im done with this pre paid bull company.

    A wonderful bank until you file a dispute, then they turn in to a horrible bank. Why bank with a company that doesnt have your back as their customer? Its likely just incompetence in the department where they deal with disputes, but it could also be greed, however doubtful. They just dont know how to treat customers, Id bet money on it.

    I had no problem until today. Which I only had this card a month so I guess the problems are starting pretty quick. I needed to cash my check today. My family and I were depending on it for our essential needs. Open checking to see if I could cash with current I noticed the option was there with no record of saying any type of 3 to 5 days for processing. As you can understand my disappointment, I'm sure. This is something that warrants a warning or some precautionary warning. This state is not in the best economic state at the moment, and people don't have enough for daily needs. We expect transparency with our banks. Unfortunately, this is a hard ****** my family will suffer from for a few days.

    This bank is an absolute joke terrible customer service. Payday advance is a joke and they robbed me of over half of my check. Go somewhere else please

    Absolutely awful customer service when trying to resolve any issues. The **** have no idea what theyre talking about and love to give you the run around. Literally just running in circles with no resolution. It doesnt matter how many times you lay something out for them, they simply do not understand. *********.

    My account was disabled and under review in April 2024, because i tried caching a check with the wrong name(my fault) iv tried chat support and they said they cant help me and that i need to contact Email support, which i did but i have not gotten a response. I left a 1 star review on the App and was told the same thing to contact through email but again no response... i only got a few dollars in the account but i cant even use it because apparently card is disabled as well.

    I signed up mainly to help build my credit back up. My first transaction was my direct deposit. Immediately my card was hit with a withdrawal from a company in ***** that is a foo d market business. Then five more of the same merchant pop up. They the merchant had my build credit card number without my no how. But current had to investigate my findings and after ten days it was said there was no findings of fraudulent activity. So I lose 136.16x6. I'm at awe with this. Because I had the card in my possession it was approved as normal transactions. I am asking for help because I'm 61 and disabled. I don't know how the merchant got my card numbers or when. I then see in ****** online reviews that Finco has been involved with a lot of law suits. They were part of my dispute in the finalizing of the claim in the end. So please take a look at my business with all involved for a reasonable position on this.Sincerely ******* ****** of ************.
