    If I could leave zero stars- I would! Scammers! Entered in a code for 12 free meals (that a different subscription box had given to me). Looked through the meals and didnt see anything appetizing to me. Exited out of the site. The following week a delivery came to my house from hello fresh. Concern 1- I NEVER gave them my address 2- Never entered my bank card 3- The delivery was addressed to my child (whos under the age of 10). 4- They CHARGED my account for $43 and started a reoccurring subscription. SO STRANGE! The only thing I can think of is the subscription box that gave me the 12 free meals card, sold my information to Hello Fresh, so when I put this code in, Hello Fresh was given my info that the other subscription box had on file. When I called HF customer service and explained what happened, the agent was no help. She/He (not sure?) prob outsourced from another country, tried pinning it on me, and refused to refund me. The only thing offered was to cancel the subscription that I didnt start to begin with! When asked to be transferred to a manager, the agent denied me & said theyre too busy with complaints. So, I told the agent that I was going to call authorities if they couldnt refund my money or get me to a manger who could. The agent then said that they would get me to a manger and would it be okay if I put you on hold for 1-2 min? I said, yes, as long as you come back on the phone. The agent replied, yes Ill be back. 10 seconds into holding, call drops. No one calls me back. However, an email does come across that the subscription was canceled. Luckily my bank fraud **** is stepping in, but WATCH OUT. There is scammers everywhere now selling your information, and I believe thats what happened here.

    The company does not let you use gift cards. The site forces you to give your credit card information and does not treat the cards as cash, forcing to you spend money for "premium" meals. They also retain your credit card information even if you cancel your subscription.

    I interviewed with ***** ******, who expressed concerns about the safety of the operation. He admitted that there is a lack of oversight and control within his division. It was clear that he has little interest in addressing the technical aspects of kitchen operations, as his focus is primarily on growing the company's top line. Additionally, he mentioned seeking someone who would not challenge him on food safety issues. He even stated that his objective is to build a team that turns a blind eye to such matters in order to advance the RTE brand. I am deeply disturbed by his vision for the future of food delivery.

    They make it extremely hard to cancel this service. I spent 45 minutes trying to figure it out. I believe this is unlawful.

    Lured with promises of convenience & one less thing to worry about. Boy was I wrong, customer service is horrible, I was hung up on twice for no reason except the person didnt want to refund my money or deal with the issue. They would rather steal your money and waste food than be intentional as a business. The amount of food they must waste as a company should be a crime in itself. DO NOT fall for all vouchers and free boxes its all a scheme to blindly charge you massive amounts of money for food youll never eat or cant eat because it arrives disgusting, soggy/moldy.

    An absolute joke of a service. If youre looking for convenience look literally anywhere else. Boxes never arrive or are extremely late. **************** is one of the worst I think Ive experienced. They all say the same script and provide no help other than to wait and be patient. Waste of time and energy!!!

    2 weeks in a row i have not received my delivery. When I contact them they claim it's logistics issues and to wait until the end of the window time the next day. The tracker shows it has not left the warehouse by 5 or 6pm and they still drag it out by saying to wait. They don't even send out notice to let you know it isn't going to show up. On the plus side they have refunded my payments both times but it still very poor business practice to have 2 weeks of missed deliveries. I will be canceling my subscription and look into a better option.

    These fraudsters continue to send me boxes and charge my card and steal money from me when I no longer care to receive anything from them. They refused to issue me a refund and I will be sending the box back to them and calling my bank.
