    I placed order of $2,395.00 on September 2, 2023. Today is February 17, 2023 and I have still not received the delivery of the two reclining sofa and loveseat. Ive called and written messages numerous times. Occasionally, a young female will pick up without successfully informing me of when they will be able to deliver. The manger never picks up and never response. So I am told no delivery date, no refund, no exchange, yet I already paid the funds for the two items. It feels like a business scam on clients to pay for a product and never receive the product.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Exotic Furniture Corp. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     

    Good afternoon,

    I have submitted all the evidence via email and I called the representative that I called 3/15/2023 at 11:53am. I called the number: ************ and spoke to a lovely represented called ************************* to provide the new information about Exotic Furniture Corp. intentionally delivering the wrong items on 3/10/2023 after I submitted the BBB complaint. 

    In the evidence email: there are images, original receipt, zelle payment proof, and lastly the video from security camera that captured the store manager telling the delivery drivers to leave the items in the home.

    I bought furniture totaling $ **** and when it arrived at my home it was all broken; I have photos and videos of furniture. To my astonishment I told the delivery men to take back the furniture because I did not paid for broken or use furniture. I went to speak to the store manager to see how we could resolve the problem but he did not want to speak to us, he send his secretary to talk to us. She said that the manager stated he could return part of the money, he would be taking 35% of the $**** we paid him. We would like our money back. Thank you so much! We hope to hear from you.
