    I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and have been a long time customer of **********************, but that is likely going to change. I have had some major issues with my last few orders. I was going to have some friends over early on *** and paid for shipping for an *** delivery date, and for a special charcuterie basket that I liked on-line which specifically listed its contents. Needless to say, the basket came late, days after ***, and three of the eight items that were initially advertised online were substituted for things I didnt authorize or even want. Their customer service was having issues and they havent gotten back to me now for about a week and are offering me a credit I can use in 90 days instead of a refund. No thanks. I had an issue with another order a few months ago, where a cake for my friends birthday was supposed to be delivered to the front desk of her hotel, and instead was delivered to the freight receiving area of the hotel and sat there for over a day. It took my friends hours to track it downhow embarrassing. Goldbelly basically wiped their hands and said they had nothing to do with the delivery once the item is out of their hands. Then how can they advertise themselves as a gourmet food delivery service???? This company has gone downhill and I deserve a full refund for this last botched order. You should get what you pay for.

    On 12/30/2024 we received our order of 2 bunt cakes but the cakes were not packaged as described on their packaging advertising. Note: "Each cake is packed in a corrugated box with a GREEN CELL FOAM COOLER". However, These cake were not packaged properly in a Green Cell Foam Cooler. Upon arrival the cakes were warm and the frostings were melted. This is a serious quality control failure.

    On December 10, a representative from ************* contacted me with an offer for me to work ***** minutes a day for $100 to $500 a day doing app reviews. As the documentation shows, they asked for starting deposits to begin work after which if the work was completed I would receive my earnings plus my deposits back. On three occasions, I encountered "welfare tasks" that required me to increase my deposits in order to move forward. The first was for under $200, the second for under $1500, and the third for $5000. After receiving the third, I had no guarantee they'd return the money once they started coaching me on how to negotiate with a banker to release funds into my bitcoin account so that the banker wouldn't get suspicious and cancel the transaction. When I told them I didn't want to go through all that, they said I wouldn't get paid for the day, nor would I get any bonuses, nor would I get my $1,500 in deposits back. The only way to get all the money back was to find a way to send them another $5,000. So, I want my $1,500 back in addition to the initial $500 in deposits I made to start the day plus my earnings, which amount to about $2,000 above that. A total of $4,000 or so.

    1st time customer who placed two orders on 12/9/2024 on the Goldbelly site because the estimated delivery date was 12/12/2024. Goldbelly collected my money but has NOT shipped the product nor will they take any responsibility for NOT shipping the product or providing an estimated delivery date. If this isn't a scam, I don't know what is. As of today, 12/12/2024, both orders have *NOT* been shipped BUT Goldbelly will NOT provide a ship date, never mind package delivery date. The company washes their hands of all responsibility by saying it's the suppliers responsibility. Thus, they're not responsible for the order being fulfilled/shipped. **************** deflects and diverts by not answering the question (when will my orders ship). Their response is: Not my problem. Everyone's focused on quality and working hard. They'll also send you their delivery information (which lists all the responsibilities of the customer - have to be home to sign...), but allows them zero responsibilities on fulfilling the order Goldbelly is knowingly providing inaccurate estimated delivery dates while having no intention or process in place for the vendors filling the order. Take the money, claim no responsibility, and run. Great scam

    I used Goldbelly and placed two orders of steaks. Both orders arrived a day late and the meat was thawed. They were cold however thawed out. As we were opening the steaks to prep them, they felt very slimy which would make them not good to eat. I threw them away as I wasnt going to feed my family what appears to be bad meat. I contacted Goldbelly however they refused replacement or refund, they didnt even attempt to connect with the beef company. They offered me a $15 which is a very insulting thing. I wanted to report them as it seems like a scam to me and people should know about it. I attached pictures of the meat in the trash can. Very poor service.

    I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the cake and the deceptive marketing practices of your company. The cake was falsely advertised as being made at *** ******** bakery in the ********, which has not existed for several years. In reality, it was produced in a Tennessee factory. Furthermore, the cake arrived in poor condition soggy on one side and dried out on the other completely ruining what was meant to be a special birthday celebration for my wife. Due to this experience, I have lost all trust in your company and will be filing a fraud complaint with my credit card provider. Please proceed to close my account immediately, as I will not be placing any further orders with your company.

    The customer experience team has responded to this complaint. Per the original reach out to the customer, the product and company the cusotmer received their order is in direct partnership with our *** ******. As they don't have a storefront to prepare all orders in, Goldbelly partner shops assist with the making of items, which is why the cake shipped from a different area.
     
    Our customer experience agent did reach out to gather more detail as to the issue of the quality, but we did not hear back from the customer. At this time, ********************** has disabled the customer's account per their request, but we are unable to issue an additional resolution at this time.

    I placed an order on Goldbelly that was delivered on August 16th for the Hummus and Salatim Spread. Unfortunately, we noticed mold on the pita bread two days after arrival, though the mold may have been present earlier. When I contacted Goldbelly about the moldy pita I was told that the pita was a "side item" that was not part of the price of the Spread, which was a big surprise to me as the pita is one of the primary reasons we purchased the Spread. Goldbelly offered a $25 refund, as they said the pita had "no value" according to their price chart for this item, though the Spread is really one item in my view. My family was extremely sad that the pita was moldy, and also by Goldbelly's proposed resolution to the issue, as the pita is one of the most important parts of the spread.

    I had ordered on Goldbelly from *********, ***************************** restaurant. I had paid $169.90. I originally bought it 7/26 to be delivered 8/16. While there was a delay to my order due to my buildings security code, their website specifically states that their packaging accounts for unexpected delays and is packaged to ensure freshness for a few days beyond estimated delivery day. I reached out to the carrier as I had been home during the first attempted delivery and cleared up the security confusion. They did deliver 24 hours later. The food I received was smashed up, and temping at 81 degrees Fahrenheit which is double the safe food handling temperature. I reached out to Goldbelly requesting a refund, as even if the food had reached me, it is still damaged beyond consumption. They refused. Instead they offered a 50% discount for their site. They are out of their minds if they think I'll be using their company again. A 24 hour delay shouldn't obliterate any form of ice or cooling in the packaging.

    On June 25, 2024 I placed an order with GoldBelly. My confirmation order stated that I would receive it on June 28, 2024. Today, I found out that I will not receive my order until July 1, 2024. This order was made in good faith. I needed it for an event on June 29, 2024. I asked the company to cancel my order; they refused. I asked for a full refund; they refused again. Please help.
