    Love Your Melon has ZERO customer service. Their website claims that you can reach out to them via email only, they do not list a phone number anywhere on their site. I have reached out to them via email, ********, and Instagram NUMEROUS times about a quality issue and no one has responded. They eventually blocked me on social media so I cannot view their page anymore or reach out to them that way. I spent $75 on ***** ****** beanies for my family for Christmas gifts. The locking mechanism on one of the beanies completely fell apart before it was ever used. All of their beanies have a ridiculous plastic piece that holds a snap so you can remove or swap the poms if you so desire. This one completely broke off. I asked the company for a resolution, either in the way of a replacement beanie or the broken parts so I can repair it myself and they refuse to respond to me in any way. I even tried to go through ****** to get a refund on the one beanie, but because they were purchased during a Black Friday Sale, too much time has passed. This company is a total scam. I hope people will read these reviews and save their money. They claim to donate money to childhood cancer research AND they partner with so many other big brands like ************, ******, Sesame Street, etc... these other partnering companies really need to take a hard look at who they are choosing to support.

    Love Your Melon has terrible customer service. I purchased a cap and pom-poms, but before the products even arrived, *** sent out an email about a sale. I reached out to their customer service team, but no one responded. I followed up with seven additional emails and still received no reply. When they asked for feedback, I sent in a review-3 additional weeks still no communication. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different brand.

    I ordered 15 candles ($365) from their Homesick brand and half of them were delivered damaged. I reached out over 5 times via different email addresses and no one responded. There is no option to call, only email. I was only requesting they send a few replacements for the damage but no one would get back to me. I cannot recommend them anymore, which is a bummer. I used to love this brand.

    I was sent a defective beanie in 2020. Issued a credit. Used said credit, and was sent the WRONG product. They refunded to an account I can no longer access. There's nothing they will do to rectify the situation. I am OUT $50 FOR A STUPID WINTER HAT!!

    Great customer service and product! They had a BOGO deal that I was confused about and did not end up getting. I contacted customer service and they gave the free hat to me anyway even after the fact. They were prompt in their return of my inquiry, and extremely kind and accommodating. ******** as a customer service support was amazing!
