They shut down E trade right after the election so nobody could access there stock accounts. Everything in solar is dying fast and I can't sell. I cant login they are intentionally doing this and should be help criminally responsibleReview from Debra C

Allow scammers to prosper and take money for nothing. ******** is a scam website that Discover allowed to charge me for a room that I didn't use. Never heard of Algotels until they highjacked my credit card info. 38 year customer and they chose to believe these scammers. No more.Review from Kim J

I have tried calling to discuss this so-called account, that I keep getting letters about, and I do not recall signing up for. The first time I called, I was on hold for 13 minutes, did not speak to a soul but someone managed to get into the survey que. The second time I called, I had a hold time of over 30 minutes. I have tried accessing this so called account on line, but none of the information matches the information that would be for me. Please unroll me for this effective ASAP.Review from James K

In my experience, Morgan Stanley Green *** and ******** ********* is completely unprofessional and incompetent. They failed to deliver upon promises acceptable to me and fired me as a customer without cause.Review from DH H

Morgan Stanley refuses to close my $0 balance account and refuses to give me a path to closing it. Apparently I'm supposed to leave it open, viable to a security breach of my personal information.Review from Darlene B

Morgan Stanley updated our Etrade account last fall even though they took over previously the accounts had stayed under ******. Each year we send mutual fund charitable donations and we never had an issue with Etrade it only took a few days. This year I submited a charitable mutual fund donation request on 1/21/24 (online form states 3-7 business days) the shares were not transferred until 2/22/24! This was after four phone calls and this was a charity we have donated to through mutual funds for years. This same thing happened in December 2023 but that only took three weeks and two phone calls which is still unacceptable. Given that Morgan Stanley does not release donations timely I would say the company does not value non-profit charities.Review from Jon F

Information on one of my three Morgan Stanley *** accounts became lost after I moved in ****. The account was rediscoved while I was attempting to put my accounts online. SInce it was a small account individually and disconnected from the other two and below $5,000 MS charged a quarterly fee of $70 since it was a low funded account. Even though I still work at the same institution where I started the three accounts and held the other two MS never attempted to contact me but harvested over $5,000 in fees from the small account over a 20 year period. This was most certainly unethical and borderline crimial.Review from P. F

My checking account have a restriction on it that they want lift. I have done everything they have asked of to verify my acct. I need my money to pay my house mortgage that's trying to come through on my chase acct. They said it could take up to 5 days. My chase will have insufficient charges add and my bills will go unpaid. They don't care. No other bank takes this long to remove a restriction. I don't even know why my acct is flagged. They play with people lives. How can you not have a operational teams available to do this 24/7. Then they are rude and unprofessional and tell you different things. I need my money!!!!Review from Keith N.

Over the past two months, I have been trying to transfer my trust account to another financial institution. I had 4 accounts with Morgan Stanley/Etrade, and 1 of the 4 was successfully transferred. After numerous phone calls and emails, the request to transfer the 3 remain accounts have been denied. I have requested the matter be escalated to the management team and as of today, I have not received a response from management. The representative stated that someone will be in touch within 2 to 3 business days, its been over a week with no response. I have submitted all of the necessary paperwork along with being on the phone with my personal banker to ensure we had the paperwork in order. I'm giving Morgan Stanley/Etrade one last chance to resolve this issue. If the issue is not resolved by 2/28/2023, I will turn the paperwork over to the attorney and have all legal expenses paid for by Morgan Stanley. I recommend everyone do their due diligence before opening an account with **********************/Etrade.
