    While on an cruise August ****, I purchased jewelry from Milano in ****** (***** was stated in the email), AL. I was not satisfied with one the rings purchased Style ******** 2.18G Rose 14K Ring/ANILLO. When the ship ported in *********, AL on August 11, I went to the Milano Store there to return or exchange the ring. Please see the attached explaination communication with Milano via email on August 18 and August 24 (attached) . As you can see instead of **************** calling me at the time designated on August 19, I received a call from the manager Mr. ********************* at 5:37 PM. ************** advised me that he reviewed the receipt and saw the error that was made. He advised me that he would correct it and send me a email copy the corrections with the Certificate of Value for the exchanged ring. I asked him if he would also send me a copies of the Certificates for the purchases I made at the other Milano store. He advised me that all the information for my purchases from Milano was in their systems therefore he would provide me with the Certificates of Value for my all purchases. He said since it was late Friday, he would not be able to take care of this until Monday, August 22. He thanked me for my understanding with exchange error. As of today I have not heard from anyone from Milano. I've unsuccessfully attempted to call Milano and ***************Milano has a 30 day return policy and my attempts to contact them has failed. Since this was their error I would like to return the ring for a full refund without the restocking fee.

    My husband and I were on Carnival Miracle when we stopped at *******. We went into a Milanos to upgrade to a .50 diamond. On June 4, 2022 we bought a .55 diamond which is listed on the paperwork from ******. I have had 2 gemologist say it is fake and I have 1 in writing. The other one said it would cost me $75 for an appraisal which I will get if needed. Both of them said it is not a real diamond and not a man made diamond. It is not a diamond. I paid $1289 for it. I called and talked to the manager ******* on 7/30/22 and he said it was not possible that it was not real. He told me to call the store in ******** and gave me the wrong number to call.

    While on a cruise in April 2022, I was in ****** and visited a Milano Diamond Gallery. I was interested in the Fope collection. I picked a few pieces. Proceeded to pay when the salesman brought out a bottle of Bahama Mama alcohol and poured me a drink. Then he continued to try to sell me more jewelry, but this time it was a 5 carat weight diamond tennis bracelet that he said was worth *********, but would give it to me for ********* Then he approved me for a luxury credit card from ************* in the amount of ******* with 2 years 0% interest. Asked me to put the other ******* on a bank card. I came back home and had the bracelet looked at by at least 3 jewelers. This bracelet is worth ******* at best!!!! What kind of scam is this? Diamonds not good quality and now Im out ******* . I resent the fact that they offered me liquor and then lied about the worth of this bracelet. Im now stuck with a negative of ******* and cannot recoup the loss. How can I be assisted in getting justice and be sure that no other single person will experience this? He also told me not to talk to any of the other jewelry stores on my way back to the ship. I guess I now know why. They might have told me that the bracelet was not worth ********. Please help me to expose this company that is on the islands in the Carribean when we go on cruises hoping for a pleasant and honest buying experience. I have included a pic of the sales receipt . The numbers that are handwritten are from myself when I looked up the jewelry online for comparison. I also am sending pics of bracelet on my wrist. Thank you, *********************
