    Does not stand by their products. Sent a replacement for a warranty claim that was USED and burned cord that I did not notice until I plugged it up and started to smell burning wires! I wonder if **** ********* knows how bad the product is she has her name on.

    I purchased a bella espresso machine and had the espresso machine shatter. I went through the warranty claims process via email. I sent pics of the broken machine, the reciept, and the *** Silver sticker. It had been a few months since hearing back, so I reached out again and they denied the refund since I already threw away the machine and they said I had to send proof of cutting the cord and sending a picture. I mentioned I threw it out after I submitted the claim because shards of glass were still on the machine but they still refuse a refund. Not sure how to cut a cord with glass on the machine and potentially getting cut or injured. Never buying from this company again.

    My toaster caught on fire not once, but twice. Their customer service was impossible to get a hold of - I kept getting hung up on or when I did get through I was promised replacements that never showed up. I finally gave up on this company and their horrible customer service and unsafe products.

    Awful! Tried five times today to get an hold of customer service. After being on hold for long periods of time absolutely nobody answered.All we wanted was to see if we could order a replacement part. No service whatsoever with this company. Not sure how a they stay in business with no customer service at all.Maybe they're no longer a company?

    I needed a replacement caraf and filed it with the company. They didnt have any in stock so I reached out to them mid September they said to see if they were in. I reached out in September and someone said they would send me a new one and I would receive **** days. It took almost a month before I got it. When I followed up I got ignored and then when I finally got it, they sent me a gray caraf when I have a black coffee maker. The whole experience was more trouble than it was worth in the end. Will never buy another product from them.

    Bought an air fryer back in 2021, warranty just expired over a month, but wanted to see if they could help anyway since the air fryer malfunctioned and smoke started to come out. Emailed customer service, they asked me to send pictures and my personal information, so I did. Their response was, "the warranty is for 1 year, have a nice day." First of all, what kind of response is that to a customer? Secondly, the warranty is for 2 years. It even said said 2 years in their email, as well as their website and my receipt. After that customer representative's response, they went ahead and blocked me from their mailing list when I tried to respond back asking why they changed their mind, when initially they wanted to have the air fryer shipped back to them. Now they have my personal information, and have been acting sketchy and I'm concerned what they'll do with that information.This is a terrible company. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Telling people who believed in their product enough to spend their money on, to basically, "f*** off and stop bothering us because you're not getting a refund/exchange."I have all the emails of proof as well.

    This company is not a good company. They are playing games regarding my replacement and no one has an answer. The manager ******* is full of lies also. Companies need to get another warranty company,this company is no good, poor customer service. Sybul

    I purchased two (2) CRUX Artisan Coffee Pots on December 22, 2022. One of the coffee pots broke. I contacted Made By Gather, the company that provides service for CRUX. I submitted all the necessary documents: photo of invoice, photo of back of coffee pot with Serial #, and a description of issue. I was contacted via email from Made by Gather that they cannot help me. The coffee pot cracked. I need a new coffee pot...not a whole new system. It's out of warranty...past 90 days. Okay...but I still need a coffee pot. I am willing to purchase one. They informed me that they cannot assist me since they don't have parts. Now, what do I do??

    Reached out as my 6 month old Air Fryer is starting to peel. Was told to kick rocks and that they can not provide a replacement or refund for a full replacement. Honestly, one of the worst customer experiences I've had and might as well not have any warranty involved vs having to go thought Made By Gather

    I recently purchased a cotton candy machine maker from your company as a Christmas present for my daughter in Dec. 2022.I do not have the receipt for my purchase nor the box. The cotton candy machine was working perfect up until the morning of 01/17/23. My mother and one year old were both home while I was away at work. My mother was in the shower and my one-year-old was in her bedroom when the smoke detector started sounding off. She heard an alarm coming from the hallway and ran out the shower only to see smoke coming from my daughters bedroom. My mother grabbed my one year-old and call 911. She then called me and told me to come home quick because there was a fire in my home and she wasnt sure exactly what was going on at that time.I quickly got off work early and rush home only to see my street blocked off by firetrucks trying to contain the fire in my home. I stood by my front door and asked the firemen exactly what happened in my home. The captain came out and informed me that there was a fire in one of the bedrooms upstairs , but he didnt know the cause at that time. After containing the fire and examining her room, he determined the cause of the fire to have started from her cotton candy machine maker. He brung a piece of the cotton candy machine , possibly the heating core to me and ask what was this. I stated that it was her cotton candy machine. He told me that it was the cause of the fire. He wasnt sure how it caught on fire or why it caught on fire. It wasnt in use being that my daughter was in school that Tuesday morning .Her room was a total loss. Everything was smoke damage, and one side of her wall was completely burnt out. The damages valued over $20k.I am asking to be compensated for damages from this terrible event. I will take the next steps legally for product liability if this matter isnt handled accordingly. I have pictures,fire-reports,and invoices from the companies that came out for repairs, if needed !!Sent from my iPhone
