I have contacted the company to let me gain entry to my account on their website where my work earnings are at in they emailed me a few times saying to try again on re-entering on their website basically but when I did try again it never goes through like always,I was doing good with the company until they sent me an invite last year Dec.3rd or 4th to participate in a project that would last 4 weeks in the project was to end Jan.5th which I agreed with,and I have been nice and doing right on my end but they haven't been on their end,If it's my earnings I should be included on the whereabouts of my points/rewards when I ask about it I feel,thank you.Business response

I have been using ISAY/IPSOS for many years and never had an issue with them. Since the beginning of 2024, they stopped sending me email survey invitations and stopped posting surveys on their home page. I have tried several times over the last month to cash out using the ****** feature but they don't have a way to do this anymore. When I select an award ( I use $50 ****** transfer), it directs me to a page that tells me that I need a ****** account (which I have had attached to my account since the very beginning and always used to cash out), in order to proceed but it does not have a continue or proceed button to click on and therefore you can't continue to cashout. **************** never responds to emails and their *** office is nothing more that a an answering machine telling you to leave a message, which never gets a callback. I want my funds and I am not walking away from you owing me money. If necessary , I will file complaints with the ********* district Attorney's offices, NYS Consumer affairs, and any other agency I can find that will take action against your company. I did a ship for Ipsos at Five guys , reimbursed up to $15. I got the cheapest burger and spent$27.62 . I got yo thinking I never uploaded the food opened and sent it to the scheduler promptly, 3 days later I get a response from her. She definitely wasnt concerned so I never responded back with the shop number and figured if the photo was needed an auditor of the shop would reach out to me for additional information needed. That never happened, instead the shop was not approved and nobody reached out to me prior requesting the additional information or photos needed, even though I had them all in my phone I forwarded them to the info provided in that email to request a revision/appeal. They didnt bother, after I had to overspend for items ( entree/burger, overpriced fries and drink ) that needed to be purchased in order for the shop to be approved.Business response

Week of 11/4- Submitted for a reward after completing surveys. Never got the reward but my account was decremented and a transaction number was assigned. Sent 2 inquiries to their contact me asking to have the reward resent. I gave the transaction number. Never heard anything and stopped getting survey invites.Business response

I have been taking surveys for Ispos for over 3 years. My account has been in good standing, and I had earned $43.27 (4327 points). I have been unable to redeem these points, and the company has not responded to my inquiry about why I cannot update my profile or redeem my points. Luckily for me, this very same thing had happened to someone else I know and he did hear back from them, and they claimed he no longer qualified for their surveys, and his earned points could not be redeemed. I had been redeeming my points as soon as I earned them in case they did this to me, also. Now they have done the exact same thing to me, and are not letting me redeem the rest of my earned points.Business response

I have been participating in surveys for this company for many months and have accrued ***** points. I am eligible for a $20 **** prepaid gift card for every 1000 points I redeem. This means I am entitled to $140 in prepaid **** gift cards. When I attempted to redeem my points, I was sent to the screen in the screenshot document. It is very convenient for my profile not to align with them, when I want to redeem $140 from them. I have also enclosed two photos of a letter from Ipsos, I am in the middle of testing a product for them, which poses the question how can I be testing a product and my profile not be in alignment with Ipsos? I thought this was a reliable, legitimate corporation. Unfortunately, current events have proven otherwise.Business response

Hello,I was a member of ipsos isay and they terminated my account and whenever I tried to reach them out, to my disappointment I didn't got any proper reply from them and I never got the chance to redeem my rewards in full, as I spend my valuable time with taking the surveys, its like I have wasted my time and energy with ipsos. In total I have 1940 points. Will they pay my rewards fairly?Because I started to feel that they took all my personal data ( shared with the third party too) and now they are unwillingly to pay my rewards! The relevant department informed us that unfortunately, it has been found that the respondent answered inaccurately and randomly in questions that require written responses (open-ended questions). This behavior negatively affects the survey results. Our terms and conditions that the respondent agreed to during account setup clearly state that any violation of survey rules leads to account deactivation and forfeiture of points. Im surprised to know that why are my answers are randoms as I was very attentively participating in the survey and very vigilant (and particular) . I don't know why it makes you think about my answers randoms?
But at least before closing this issue can I have it for the first and last time a Igood time with ipsos?
On what I have spent my valuable time taking all thise surveys , kindly, the least you can do me is , let me claim my rewards in full!!

I have been participating in Ipsos surveys/marketing for over a year and a half. Never had an issue with them and with claiming my points for Amazon cards, until recently.I have 4205 points, which is worth a little over $45 in Amazon cards and when I tried to redeem, nothing happened.I contacted Ipsos and days later, I was told that they had terminated my participation and that they did not have to explain why they made the decision to terminate. I responded with according to their rules, they have to provide me with notice that they are terminating my participation and after their notice, I have 10 days in which to redeem my rewards. They responded with "we noticed some inconsistencies" in my responses and as such, I have forfeited my earned awards.After a few more emails, they just kept responding with the same aforementioned response. I pointed out that they are not in compliance with their own rules, to which, they never respond to their violation of their own rules.I want to redeem my 4205 points so that I can have my $45 in ****** gift cards.Business response

Its been over 30 days since the close of this study, I've emailed Ipsos and the Unpackmybeauty people and no one has responded. I want the promised $130 plus $ 10 for a different study, $140 total. I use many survey companies but this one has the worst customer service. I shouldn't have to "hound you" for my compensation. These "focus groups" are time consuming and alot is asked of you, the right thing to do would be to send out rewards at closing.Customer response
