    Hello thank you very much for your time,so my issue is with GIFT CARD QUIZ. i have COMPLETED what they wanted to be told i did not and then was told i didnt complete the friend referral. Well i have proof that i did and also have proof that the lady that i was talking to when in and changed my information on her own. when i said something about she tried to justify it and was super rude as well. i originally made contact threw ******** messanger as well. the main reason being that half of the offers would not work,.. when i was asked for the info, i gave them what they wanted to be told NOT TO SEND 20 MESSAGES A DAY when thats not even what i did. *** waited and waited til i finally was tired of waiting and that when finally i got told to go to my email and talk there.. which was no help

    As our customer service team has informed this customer, she has not completed the number of offers required in order to earn the reward.  There is no way to circumvent the requirements which are stated on the landing page that the user saw and agreed to when she signed up on our website.

    And as I told them before I tried to DO SEVERAL THINGS AND WAS TOLD THE OFFERS WERE EITHER EXPIRED OR CANNOT BE DONE I DID THE AMOUNT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE EMAIL THEM ABOUT THAT FACEBOOK MESSAGE THEM ABOUT THAT AND THEY SAID THAT IT WAS OKAY AND WITH THAT BEING SAID THEY WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT AND CHANGED A FEW OF THE OFFERS WHICH I HAVE PICTURES OF THAT WERE SENT TO YOU GUYS SO THAT'S NOT TRUE AT ALL

    We appreciate the customer's interest in GiftCardQuiz.  She has completed most of the program requirements.  The remaining requirement is to refer at least one unique household that also completes the program requirements.  So far, she has invited some other people but they have not completed anything.  Our customer service team will also respond to her by email in order to answer any other questions or provide additional support.

     When referring others  they cannot access the website. Therefor its preventing me from getting the refferal, thats a scam why say I need a refferal but when I refer someone the refere link doesnt work for my refferal.but they can access the website without my Reff link, they only have a problem with the website when using my link. *** tried with multiple different family members and friends . The website simple malfunctions when trying to sign up with my link but when they sign up regularly it allows them to.

     The website simply malfunction when its time for referrals to complete there deals. Therefore making your website a pyramid scheme. If one or two people had problems then fine but multiple of my refferals said the same exact things, I even reffered myself on a separate device just to verify and I can provide video proof.. I ran into the ssme issue with the website now allowing me to go further after being reffered.
