This company is horrific. They refuse to communicate with their partner, Rally, to give me the $300 credit to my health savings account for the test I submitted. They confirmed it was submitted on time but won't help me.Business response

This member is upset that his rewards benefits were not provided by Rally. The program has specific requirements for testing. These requirements were not met by the specified deadline. LetsGetChecked also does not issue rewards. This would be through Rally or Optum.Initial Complaint

I purchased a medical test for my wife. I opened the ** code to activate the test and hit activate(the browser opened and had my account logged in), the test then showed under my account and did not 1) Let me deactivate the test despite nothing have been done 2) Warn of a female test being applied to a male account 3) Did not provide information at all that you cannot submit tests under another account After which I wanted to move the test to my wifes account, there was no option to change that despite nothing having been entered, not even the test information. The group rejected a refund as user error, however the lack of information, ability to make adjustments early in the process, and any error handling or warnings is predatory in nature rather than proactive for the customers benefit.Customer response

I ordered a testing kit on their website, and it did not arrive. After multiple times asking for the issue to be resolved, they finally said they would offer a refund. I let them know the credit card I placed the order with is no longer valid, they said ****** would be an option. 2 months later, they sent the refund back to the closed credit card, not ******. I am not able to access that refund now. They are the worst customer support, and I was ripped off.Customer response

Ordered a hormone test for my minor son (17). Set up the account under my name as his patent/guardian. Went through the whole process of ordering, paying, receipt of test and the tedious and complicated process of gaining samples and mailing off. Once all the efforts completed and mailed, received notice that they cannot process the sample since account is set up under different name than sample. Asking for refund to no avail.Customer response

I purchased two test kits from this company which are supposedly expired now and was never made aware that there is an expiration for the test kit. Ive spoken to customer service multiple times about the peace of having these at my home in case my symptoms flare up and never have they told me that there is an expiration on the test kits. They have a symbol of a hourglass on the packaging which I just now found out means expiration. Ive never seen this being referred to as expiration in my entire life and Ive done marketing for global 100 company. This is extremely misleading, they need to put EXP on their products so that it is clear to understand and make people aware that there is an expiration on the products when they purchase them. I am ready to file a complaint and lawsuit with the local state attorney because I refuse to be taken advantage of. I demand a refund or a new kit to be sent to me.The two codes on the kit for id purposes ********************** $119.20 LGC-************** $89.00Initial Complaint

I purchased a test. The test was never completed when I saw what they had sent me, and when I contacted them they stated that I was within their cancellation window, but refused to provide a full refund.I also attempted them earlier in the year, and when that test was not completed due to an error on their end they refused to provide any money back, and only offered another kit at full price in an attempt to get more money. I didnt report this transaction because I thought it was a fluke. Now its a patternInitial Complaint

ATTN: LetsGetChecked Team,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of care I received after paying for a virtual consultation ($39.00). LetsGetChecked advertises the ability to reach a board certified healthcare provider and assess your health and provide clear next steps for testing, prescriptions, and treatment. Please take this letter as a compliant against LetsGetChecked for the standard of care that was provided:1) I was connected with a provider Nurse Practitioner **** who provided very general advice on the abnormal results of my Male Hormone Advanced test. Specifically, the provider said I should discuss my results with my ************ Doctor. I find this below the standard of care because I provided payment for a providers expertise, who simply stated that I discuss this with another primary care doctor.2) I received no further information from this provider, including their specialty and licensing details. I expected high quality and knowledgable care from this provider, but was simply told to contact my doctor.3) I contact ************************************** medical doctors who informed me that such a test performed (capillary blood draw) is often inaccurate. As a resolution to this compliant, I am requesting a refund of the $39 consult fee (telemedicine) as I was not provided any substantive medical advice. Should this letter not generate an appropriate response, I intent to file a formal complaint with the respective medical & laboratory supervising agency. As required by ********** law AB 583, please provide the name and license type of the providers involved.Thank you for your attention, *****************Initial Complaint

On **** I ordered tests via order number ********. On **** I activated the test and on **** I collected my sample per instructions at around 6 a.m. and dropped off to *** at just after 8 a.m. *** tracking reference ******************, overnight air. The *** tracking number never showed delivery. The app never showed receipt. On 10/17, I spoke with someone via chat who stated that my sample had been received and the tests were still in progress. She offered to determine where in the process it was and email me later. Later that day, I received an email saying I had a message with a link to the app. The link went to a blank page. At 3:30 that afternoon, I tracked down a phone number to call for help. I was on hold for an extended period (more than 10 minutes). When I finally reached a rep, I was told that my sample was listed as old because of the time between when the sample was shipped and when it arrived. I also apparently used two different email addresses, but both are viable and there was no contact at all. This rep offered a refund, but told me that $21 would not be refunded for the kit and shipping. I thanked her but expressed that since the sample was collected and shipped the same day per instructions, and I had had no contact at all and no updates on the app since I shipped on the 9th, I didn't understand why a full refund wouldn't be offered. She stated that she'd have to go through a manager to get the full refund. After the call, I checked the order online and, miraculously, test results were posted, listing the sample as old and the receipt date as 10/16. I have the *** receipt showing the sample dropped off for overnight mail on the 9th. Whatever happened in between was strictly the business' issue. There is no reason I should be charged anything for their failure at every turn to manage my sample properly or to contact me promptly. They had the app (which still shows nothing), 2 email addresses and a phone number.Customer response

On September 15, I ordered three tests for $228.90. On 9/22 I contacted the company because my order status showed it hadn't been processed or shipped yet. On 9/24 I received a response that they cannot deliver to my address, but immediately after received notice that it had shipped. On 9/26 I asked them to cancel my order and refund it, as I wasn't pleased with the communication. On 10/3, I finally received a response from them, but it did not address my concern about canceling. Instead it stated my tests had been delivered and urged me to activate them. On the same day, I responded and again asked them to cancel.I still have received no response, nor a refund.Initial Complaint

I received a random Let's Get Checked blood test kit in the mail. I did not request ******* and the kit did not say it was from any medical provider I belong to, or insurance company. I do not know who this company is or why they expect ke to send them sensitive information and blood samples but it seems very very sketchy and uninformed blood test in the mail seems like a very bad idea. I do not think random blood tests should be sent out with no explanation. If pictures are needed of said blood test kit, please let me know.Customer response
