I am withdrawing from the Phlebotomy Evening Classes, *********** Location 6-9:30. Due to the following reasons: 1. Classes were supposed to start at 6 havent started til after 6:30 and have ended at 9pm not 9:30 as in the enrollment agreement. 2. First day of class there was a smell of weed coming from the classroom and was stronger when the instructor came into the classroom. This continued during the other 2 days I was there. 3. I noticed on your website there is a BBB Accreditation mentioned however when looking on the BBB website there is no accreditation with a listing of an F. This is highly concerning. In addition, the instructor mentioned that she was providing the answers to the 2 quizzes plus the final exam. This is falsifying results for the amount of students who pass this class. Also concerning is the release form signed for the amount of sticks and blood draws done on students with no vaccination records or requirements from TIA School of Allied Health. Requesting a refund due to these concerns which are valid.

I took their CNA course in 2019, completed the written test and the skills test and just needed to complete my externship hours at their partner hospital in the Bronx. I was pregnant at the time and had to be put on bedrest, I contacted the organization and they said it was completely fine and to reach out to them when I was ready to complete the externship hours so I could receive my CNA license. Than Covid hit and they weren't doing externships anymore due to safety reasons and the hospitals didn't want students on the floor. I contacted them 4 times in 2020 via their website contact form and received no response from anyone, I even left several voicemail messages on their phone lines and no one would call me back.As the pandemic died down in 2021, I again contacted them several times via phone, their website form, and directly through email. I STILL could not get a response from ANYONE on how to complete my licensing. It is now 2023 and I am still waiting on a response from SOMEONE from their organization. At this point they basically stole my money and I received nothing in return. I was told that I would be able to complete my licensing, but their lack of communication made it so I was barred from doing so.
