    I purchased 6 shoes from HUGO boss from one of the outlets and has issues. All of these shoes were broken after a single usage. I paid a lot of money for the shoes and they just broke after 1-2 usage and hence i wanted to escalate and raise the concern.

    I was in ** on vacation and decided to buy clothing at Hugo Boss store on March 13, 2023. I was told by the associate that they had a promotion where if you purchase $2500 or over, you would get $400 credit to your credit card. I saw the promotion sign over the register, so assumed it would be good, but did ask what I should do if I don't get it. I was reassured that if I called the store and talked to the store manager ***********************, he would make sure to correct if any issues, but was reassured that the promotion was valid and that I would get my credit. I even picked something out that I necessarily didn't need just to get over the $2500 **** in order to get the credit. Needless to say, I never saw the $400 credit. I called, emailed, and called the corporate office and have not gotten a resolution. The store never answers the phone, the store manager never answered my emails, and when I called the corporate office I was told that they only dealt with online purchases, and that I had to go to the store. Well, I am not going to travel from *********, ** to NY to resolve this matter. This is FALSE advertising and they should be held accountable for it. BBB needs to do something about this and I need to receive my $400 credit.

    I bought some clothes from Hugoboss.com and it was delivered the order number was ******** on 06/26/2023 . I did not like the items so I returned 4 items back with the prepaid label that Hugo boss provided me tracking number ****************** AND HUGO BOSS received the return and sent me an email that it was received and processed on 07/12/2023 and until today 07/27/2023 I still have NOT NOT NOT received my refund of 370 dollars . Hugo boss is holding my money and not refunding me even though they received the returns me its all in perfect brand new shape . Hugo boss are a bunch of thieves who stole my money and refuse to refund me . I called them several times and emailed them but NO response at all from Hugo boss . This is a shady company that steals our money and ***** their prices hd never refund you your money . They need to be investigated and their shady business practices. I want my refund for the returns I sent back from order ******** for 4 items worth 370 dollars and attached is the email from Hugo boss that they received the returns . All of them .REFUND ME MY MONEY FOR 370 DOLLARS FOR THE RETURNS

    Store at ********************************************************************************* *******. *****, not honoring the sale price. In sum, on May 28, 2023, I went to your store that had a sale of ** to 40% off without any indication of what items are actually on sale. I specifically asked an employee which hats are on sale and was told only the ones by the register and not the ones in the main part of the store. When at the register I asked another employee to confirm the hats are 40% off and was told that only some are. I asked how I can tell which are and I was told that only the ones without the yellow sticker are 40% off. So I picked one of the styles outand none of that style had a yellow sticker waited in line, but when I went to pay the cashier said it was full price $48 instead of $28.80 as I was told. I asked for a manager and someone named **** came over, told me she was the manager, and told me that I must have misunderstood. Then when I asked for her name because I wanted to make a complaint she changed her mind and told me that she isnt actually the manager. So I asked to speak with the manager who told me her name is ******, and advised that while she spoke to her employee who confirmed that he told me the hats without the yellow sticker are 40% off, that regardless, the one I picked out was supposedly not on sale and I would have to pay full price as opposed to the 40% off price that her employee advised me it cost. Bottom line is that if the store is going to have a sale in which things are marked up to 40% off without any indication of which items are in fact on sale, and instead leaves it to its employees to advise customers which are on sale, then the cashier is obligated to honor the price. What happened here was not only bad customer service, but also an unfair and deceptive trade practice.

    Hugo Boss is not paying a refund on a confirmed returned purchase. I purchased by credit card a suit in a Hugo Boss retail store in ********, ** on August 1, 2022. The suit was not in stock and shipped to my home address. It did not fit and I returned the suit by return shipment using the included return shipping label. The return was confirmed by Hugo Boss by email. According to their Customer Support: " As this purchase was made in one of our stores, a check was issued to you for the refund. It was mailed on 8/22 for the amount of $765.20." I called and emailed several times telling them that I had not received a check, and that I had not received a replacement check. As of a call to a supervisor on Dec. 20th, they continued to refuse to refund the purchase by credit card or give me a date by which I would receive a refund check by mail.

    I purchased a Jacket-****-4(Item#:742228888144)on 7/26/22 from Hugo Boss. The item is brand new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached. I attempted to return it on 8/7/22 which is within the return period ("We are extending our online return policy from 30 to 60 days"-Hugo Boss Official Website).The store manager *********************** took the item from me went to a private room, when he came out suddenly there were some fluff/dust on it. He then threaten me that he will not processed the return unless I agree to make some other purchases from him. While I asked for his business card, he claimed that he is the highest level manager and what he said is final. He then ruined my receipt and again required me to make purchases. Pictures are attached with this complaint. They were taken after ****** denied the return. Clearly it is in brand new condition and he was just trying to give me a hard time and reach his own KPI.

    Good Evening, on July 11th 2022, I purchased a suit from the Hugo Boss Website, on the 19th I received my suit! I got home from work and upon opening my package all i had received was a pair of pants in a small box on a hanger. I contacted **** and they apologized saying they would get me the suit jacket and storage bag. The following monday from the 19th i was told it was out of stock and there was no jacket for me, i could re send the item. After going back and fourth confused how they had an item listed that i spent ******************************************************* Eventually we agreed they would give me 15% off a suit and i can send it back and they would get me a refund in 3-5 days instead of the 14 business days. so shipped out my pants and august first Monday I called back asking when the re fund would be. they said that i was supposed to call back thats why i did not see it. on monday they said it would be ***** hours. Now I received an email today saying it will be 14 business days. I called back and told me to basically s**** off it would be 14 days. They even re listed the suit on their website as 1 in stock being mine that i had returned because the jacket and bag was not in stock. I have shopped with them before and it has been great but i keep being lied to and they are running around me. They also said the 15% off they may issue it if i choose to shop again and i would have to buy something then they would refund 15% off of it. the customer support team is a bunch of liars and fraudsters I get hung up on when trying to call without anyone answering and corporate number takes me nowhere. I just want my money back at this point i dont even care about the 15% off a different suit. never have I been treated this way im a 20 year old kid. I work incredibly hard in my job and yea i just feel like i am being played.

    i bought a pair of shoes and a bunch of other clothes with them, and I have spent thousands in there store in *******, next week i tried to return the shoes and they said no they were in bad condition which they were not and have pics to prove it
