    I sent a Transfer with Small World as a first time customer on 2/15/23 to *****. I requested a $2,500 money transfer through Small World to *****. They advertise, Your first transaction is fee FREE.They immediately deducted the amount from my checking account through my debit card ,and assigned me this MTN - **********. The claim was that the money would be transferred next businessdayaccordingtotheirsite to a ConsolidatedBankacctI provided. I suddenly received an email from Small World saying they needed to verify information and wanted a picture ID. I replied right away and sent them what they requested. Then Radio silence, no email confirming anything or if they received my money. I called CS ************** and asked the status of my transaction. I always receive the ********************* is reviewing the money. I actually don't know what one review after withdrawal of money. We will email you they will always say, no email ever was received. apologize for the delay. A week later on 2/22/23. I called furious demanding an answer of were abouts of my money. At that point the *** put me on hold came back and said, that my transaction had been cancelled. I asked, When will my money be returned to my account? They responded, 2-5 business days. They have not returned my money.

    Please be advised that Choice Money Transfer, **** d/b/a Small World Money Transfer (CMT) is a licensed money transmitter, subject to state and federal oversight.   All customer transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable law and consistent with CMT's policies and processes, including any decision to approve or decline processing a remittance transaction.  When a transaction is declined, the customer is timely notified and a refund is processed.  CMT cannot comment on the specifics of the complaint out of respect to the customer's financial privacy.

    I am currently in ********, having traveled here earlier this month from **********, **. I requested a money transfer through Small World. I asked them to take $2,500 from my bank account in ********** and forward it to me in ********. They advertise, Your first transaction is fee FREE.They immediately deducted the aforementioned amount from my checking account through my debit card on July 21, 2022, and assigned me this MTN - **********. The claim was that the money would be transferred immediately to me in ********. I suddenly received an email from Small World saying they needed to verify information and wanted a picture ID. I replied right away and sent them what they requested. Then a second email from them stated that they needed me to fill out a form and return it to them. I complied. On July 22 I asked the status of my transaction. *************************** replied, We will keep you informed, apologize for the delay. On July 23 I received an email that my transaction had been cancelled. I asked, When will my money be returned to my account? They responded, 2-5 business days. They further informed me that the transaction was canceled due to an error with the payer. To this date, they have not returned my money.
