I recently ordered from this company and paid an extra charge to get a digital download. I never received this digital download and was not offered a sample of what I paid over $150 for. The quality of the images were subpar and the customer service was awful. They basically told me there was nothing they could do for me anytime I asked a question about my order, and said once received to let them know if I had issues, while all of my issues were concerns I had before receiving my order. I will never buy from them again.Review from Rynn N

100% a SCAM site. Not only is there no artists, but its clear all of our pictures are run through an AI filter. There are multiple sites under different names with the same exact videos and pictures. They give 30 minutes to cancel or edit an order, so if you dont read others reviews or notice the signs ahead of time, make sure to start a claim through your bank or a chargeback. It will work. They will get spooked and refund you like they did with me. The order still shipped and boy was it bad. The frame looked like pressed cardboard (not wood), the color of the dogs fur was white instead of tan, the teeth looks cartoonish, and the breed resembled a taller version of a short mutt dog. Thanks for taking advantage of grieving pet owners.AVOID.

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!If I could give this company some negative stars I would !!!I ordered and paid for a Digital Download for a second picture that I ordered.I never received the Digital Download.I sent (12) E-Mails, they responded to (1) after a month.They told me they would send me the Digital Download, if I paid for it again, instead of just doing the right thing for a repeat customer !!!I have since read the reviews, and many other customers have experienced this same treatment.Now it seems, they are going to ban me from their site, like I would EVER order another picture from them again !!!HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!Review from Eileen C

They did a very subpar job on an extremely cheap mug. The whole thing looks very cheap I could have done it better myself. I hate that it is nonrefundable and does not really look like the pet.Review from Eric B

Laughably bad "portrait" of my dog in a frame so cheap I wouldn't even be able to re-use it. There is no proofing process, and while they will offer you a replacement, why would I bother? I'd just receive another piece of garbage. Steer clear from West & Willow.Review from Megan L

I wish I could give negative stars. They sent me the completely wrong order??? I ordered a portrait of my sisters two dogs, and received a portrait of someones house??? I dont understand how something like this even happens. But based on the other reviews, clearly this is a common occurrence at West & Willow. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, because I just wasted $70. Take your money elsewhere.Review from Hope S

I wish I would have read all these reviews before I wasted ******. I ordered three photos. The big one is okay. The small ones awful. I got some at ********* that look better ! These are for a Christmas present. And they ****. Embarrassed to give them all.Review from Grace B

Horrible! "Artwork" is far from that - a black messy photo thing of our brown dog on printer paper. I also didn't get the digital photo, but who wants it? $100 down the drain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are others on Etsy that seem to provide much better quality. I requested a 'redo' or refund and have heard nothing. Big loss. Id give them 0 stars if I could. Shameful and shady company unwilling to work with the consumer to process a refund. I wanted a memorial for my late cat and the artwork was an insult. Absolutely terrible. *** filed a dispute with my credit card company because they will not honor your refund request. Shame on you all!
