    Radio silence. No way to contact. Spending hundreds of dollars on shipping with no items delivered. I purchased two pieces of furniture at an auction house about an hour and a half away from me. I paid hundreds of dollars for shipping through live auctioneers. They claimed the items would be shipped up to 7 business days. I have received zero communication and it has been 3 weeks since they were supposed to ship and its only an hour away. After getting radio silence I have to harass the actual auction house who tell me they must be short staffed and that they dont know when they will get it. Its insane to me that I get charged a daily rate if I dont pick up my items but when I pay THEM they can go 3 weeks past the deadline and not send a single communication. Horrible service.

    I did not receive my item from live auctioneers. I won the bid on a painting. I chose live auctioneers for shipping and filled out the information and paid a great amount to have this item shipped. Never received the item. Live auctioneers horrible at communicating. I have about 14 messages back and forth. They always avoid to give me a correct answer. They told me I had somebody pick the item up. I didn't even know where the item was, so I could not pick it up. Had told me live auctioneers pick the item up. After weeks of emails, I still have no answer. Live auctioneers stole my money and auction item. Buyer beware. Live auctioneers will take your money, take your items and not communicate with you.

    I won an item for $100 for a antique bronze ring. LiveAuctioneers said I would receive an invoice within 3 days which I never received, this despite a credit card on file that its terms say will be charged if payment is not received within 3 ******* response to messages I sent. Now I see the exact same item up for bid by the same underlying auction house (who also did not respond to messages I sent via LiveAuctioneers). I would never use this auction platform again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

    I cant get anyone to respond, they take my money and its weeks before I hear anything, Ive been waiting for my gold $5 1913 S coin for almost a month now, asked for a dispute, owner assured me he was taking care of it, and now owner wont even reply. If the owner is just as bad as then employees with communication, it leaves no chain of command. They have great auctions, so I hope it gets better for future business.

    Live auctioneers says effortless and easy shipping with guaranteed insurance on items purchased on their platform They neglect to tell you they use **** and I had items damaged and they claimed no responsibility. It is poor service with too many 2nd and third party dealings. I refuse to buy anymore with any auction house that uses live auctioneers as it shipping service. So BEWARE buyer!!!!

    BEWARE I had an extremely disappointing experience with LiveAuctioneers LLC and their association with ************. Based on my interactions, I feel there were instances of unclear communication and potential misrepresentation regarding the services/products *********** major concern was the lack of transparency in their pricing and practices, which made me question their integrity. The information provided appeared misleading, and follow-up explanations failed to address these issues convincingly. This raises serious doubts about whether their operations align with ethical business practices.Furthermore, some elements of their process felt deceptive, bordering on fraudulent, as promises made were not fulfilled or were drastically different from what was delivered. This has left me questioning the legitimacy of their relationship with ************ and whether customers are being misled on purpose.Adding to my concern, I was surprised to see that the Better Business Bureau gives LiveAuctioneers an A- rating despite the volume of complaints from other customers. After reading these complaints, its difficult to reconcile the rating with the issues reported, many of which seem to mirror my own experience.I urge prospective customers to proceed with caution and conduct thorough research before engaging with either entity. I also urge the BBB to reconsider their rating of this company!

    *********************** has given me first class service in buying 2 Baccarat goblets. They double boxed the goblets for shipment. Other auction houses have shipped fragile items to me that arrived broken because of sloppy packaging. ******** cares for its customers. Thank you.

    Live Auctioneers is the most dishonest, disrespectful and misleading auctioneer platform out there, both for buyers and sellers alike. Do not sell or bid on this site unless you like BS!

    No one answers the phone after the auction to ship the item. Live chat is some form of scam for a shipping membership no reply to emails. Maybe, it’s all a scam!!!!
