    Order **** Was placed on website. I have been sending emails for 2 weeks regarding the return because the stopper did not fit my bottles. A representative who has refused to provide their name, has harassed me, disrespected me, accused me of lying, defamed my character and wasted my time. All for the sole purpose of keeping my money, refusing the return and deliberately wasting my time. I am not filing this complaint for a refund, I do not want a refund at all, you can keep my money and be happy with that, I give it to you like charity, buy food for your children.I just want a thorough explanation from the highest management because I will escalate this matter immediately if not resolved. (Just for your clarification, even though I have explained it 4 times to your team members but they do not seem capable of reading English, we have three places in my building for delivery 1. Front Door 2. Concierge 3. Mail Room (where mail and letters are delivered, as well as small packages)Your teammate who refused to provide their name, has been sending me to the mailroom for a week and I almost filed a claim with **** because I thought they lost the package. The correct location was in the concierge (front office) these are three separate locations, it takes **** minutes to walk from the front office to the mail room. Make sure your staff are properly trained next time, and find out the exact location where they deliver packages instead of sending me on a wild goose chase. Your staff have been harassing me and arguing with me for the past two weeks over this issue because they simply cannot understand the difference between MailRoom and Concierge, they try to act smart and accuse me of lying as well. Let them know they are not smart at all, far from it. Please also add the name of the member who has been responding to my email when your investigation is over. So that I can file a complaint separately against their person for Harassment, false accusations and defamation
