You can easily cancel anytime via our mobile app by clicking on the Account icon and then the Cancel Subscription link. I have never signed up for scentbird to receive any products whatsoever. They reached me via whatsapp and as soon as I messaged back who is this? It was too late. They signed me up already. They got my fullname-date of birth-email address by hacking my phone. This happened in September, four months now, I received samples of colognes. I tried calling, sending emails to cancel it but no luck, cant reach anyone. Also, I was able to login to my account on their website and searched for order history, it shows all the cologne bottles they say they sent to me but all I received was samples. Another thing I noticed was the payment method, its been paid by a discover card but I dont own any discover card. So overall, they are big time scammers and I dont know how I am going to get rid of them!Scentbird Inc. Response

This can only be done by an unknown third party.If you were charged, we suggest reaching out to your bank, reporting the transaction, and canceling the card. We'd also recommend changing your online passwords to keep your personal data secure.We were able to find the active subscription associated with your email address and cancel it, so you're not receiving any more packages you didn't order.Again, we're so sorry this happened. I subscribed to this ScentBird company and received pricey perfume samples. When I opted to Unsubscribe, which Ive done 5 times now, they continue mailing me more and billing my credit card. I write Refused Return to Sender on the unopened packages, yet the insanity continues. Now Im changing my credit card number to be done with these scammers.Review from Amanda D

Scentbird is a pesticide with rude snobby customer service. Ive had them for 9 months, only one fragrance was legitimately Versace. They would cancel my order and replace it with something expensive and terrible. I had ordered Parfum de ***** and waited all year and never got it because they kept pushing it forward in the cue, replacing the perfume with Confessions of a Rebel (which was terrible). I think they lie making it appear as if they have that perfume in stock, but once its in your queue (that they have complete control over to manipulate and abuse), they will replace your order with something else, preferably something with a $10 surcharge attached to it. They dont have a real person to chat with, if so, a very ineffective representative that uses AI bot rhetoric at the very least. They dont give refunds and they dont take accountability. They are greedy liars on the other end. Ill probably have more fun success going the traditional route- taking a trip to the mall, finding or discovering the perfume I really like and just buying a small amount of that if available and save up if I dont have the money. Its better than receiving 10 vials of nasty scents from the Scent-fairy that just crowd up your bathroom drawer and never get used because those werent the perfumes you originally asked for. From what I paid all these months of Scentbird bad orders, I could have saved up for a really nice bottle of perfume (*****, plus occasional $10 surcharge x 9 months = yeah, probably a reeeally nice perfume that would last longer than all those vials i spent on put together)Review from Barry H

I have received three months of Scentbird fragrances. I have contacted them twice via emails regarding this subscription and have never received a response from this company.I NEVER signed up for any subscriptions within this company.Mysteriously after the second time trying to contact them via email. I received a email saying that my scent was delivered from my email that hasn't been used for years which I thought which was disabled.This was the first email that I have received from the company looking at their website. It says that I would receive an email each time I would be billed or that a scent would be sent to me which I have not received anything. I would have been on top of it much faster if I would've received anything from them.Again, I never signed up for this subscription nor would I want a subscription.I do not know how it's being billed. None of my credit cards have been charged. I feel that this is a Fraud / Scam.I have contacted my local police department regarding this Fraud / Scam and have completed a complaint towards this company. *******Review from Kiyo S

I had a subscription with them for about 1 year and then decided it wasn't for me. they make it extremely difficult to cancel your member ship. They made you email support which I did yet all they did was put a temporary pause on my account and it seems that my subscription is active again I just emailed them again and have not heard back. When signing up I only chose one fragrance to try. I received confirmation of the exact amount that I would be charged which was $8.23. Reviewing my credit card statement I am charged 2 additional fees that I did not authorize $21.60 and $16.17. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!Review from Sonya A

This company DOES NOT have a telephone#! No customer service should be the first red flag. I was over charged after being over charged. Email is the only recourse and the representative that finally responded "assured" me that I had treated myself to an upgrade. I did not. Somewhere in the barrage of emails that I began to recieve after the initial order Scentbird somehow perceived/interpreted that I CHOSE to pay Extra and overdraft my bank account. I would not, did not knowingly upgrade and that's FACTS because the 2 previous scents were actually gross, cheap smelling and I was actively trying to cancel the subscription (NOT an easy task) when the charge went through. Essentially, 1 $16 subscription turned into $65 for a little cRappy GENERIC half full perfume dispenser. Yuck and shame on this company. Please do something BBB.Review from Spunky O

After unsubscribing more than 5 times and leaving several messages, they still keep leaving me emails about specials and get me to buy items.
