I have been receiving several magazines that I do not want. I was offered free subscriptions when I bought something else on the internet. Along with those I received some that I DID NOT WANT. I have tried to cancel these and I am still receiving them and still being charged for them. I have attempted to call and received a message that the number was unavailable. I have informed the credit card company that I did not authorize these charges and requested a refund. Please stop sending all of these magazine and do not contact me ever again.Trusted Media Brands, Inc. Response

6 months ago Approximately , I received a unsolicitednbook from Reader's Digest. When paying the invoice by mail, I wrote on the invoice "No more books" Despite that notation they sent another book, in addition to the book they sent a 2nd payment notice with the book . I notified them via email to send a return label as I was refusing delivery. No label after 1 week of waiting. I put the book in the mail hoping the *********** will return it since I didn't open it and marked upon it "Return to sender, Delivery refused." I also subscribe to their magazine. My subscription runs out next month sometime , as of Saturday's mail I didn't receive my January issue which is about 2 weeks over due plus I never received December's issue. I canceled my account with ********************!Trusted Media Brands, Inc. Response

We have subscribed to Reader’s Digest for many years and have also gifted subscriptions to some family members. The magazine is arriving later and later each issue. We received our December 2024/January 2025 issue a week before Christmas. In addition to the delay in delivery we are constantly being billed for the subscriptions up to a year before they are scheduled to expire. This is badgering the customer and I believe they are trying to extort money that is not currently owed them.Trusted Media Brands, Inc. Response

Last year, I cancelled my RDA*TMD book subscription and this year it suddenly got renewed again. There is a charge for $38.50 made on September 22, 2024 that I never authorized. I have it in writing from ********* in **************** that my account was cancelled on October 27, 2023. Yet here we are again! I tried to go on the site and cancel it myself but surprise, surprise, the web site does not work when you try to enter the reason you are contacting them. I want the charge removed from my credit card and I want my RDA*TMD account permanently closed and I never want to receive any books, magazines, or other offers from them ever again. I had fond memories of reading my grandparent's subscription of RD when I was a kid but now their business practices are just short of predatory. Remember that great series "I am ***** heart" or "I am ***** lungs"? I think the next one should be "I am Readers Digest's hand and I am taking money out of your wallet."Trusted Media Brands, Inc. Received a bill from Penn Credit and it looks like its the biggest scam in the world. I too received a book with about 3 different books included in it. Didn't order it and donated it to a street library. I will not pay for something I did not order and no more dealing with Readers Digest for me in any way shape or form. ******Trusted Media Brands, Inc. Response
