    For some reason, dealerships sell our information to this outfit so after you buy a vehicle, you get bombarded with scam emails and phone calls from its marketing stuff.Moreover, when you spend hours to stop the calls, emails from their accomplices keep piling up in your mailbox in violation of CAN SPAM Act of 2003.

    Watch out for billing cycle date changes. Pay in full if you can and do not use monthly withdraw. I spoke with an agent via the chat service on a subscription expiration date. We made adjustments to my plans and billing amount, but I guess the automated billing of the higher amount takes precendence. When I contacted them they refuse to issue a credit or even apologize.

    They are not an honest company, my lifetime subscription was cancelled via a chat agent without my explicit permission, when I asked to reverse this I was told they cannot, when i asked to speak with a manager the chat agent disconnected.this is very poor accountability from a large monopolistic company

    Bought a car, and without our knowledge, they signed us up and gave Sirius xm our information. I called to cancel and ask if they can delete our information. They said that because the state I live in they aren't required to, they won't delete my information because they aren't legally required to do so. They don't care about your privacy and keeping your information safe. They privacy policy explicitly states they share and giveaway your information to advertisers. This rubs me the wrong way.

    I was going to add renew a subscription for my vehicle. I went online and used a special pricing from an email that was sent to subscribe and it defaulted to work truck that was just purchased in the last year. When I called Sirius to explain I wanted this on my personal vehicle not the work vehicle, the price went up. I related to them that this was DISCRIMINATION based on the type of vehicle I wanted to renew the subscription on. They have lost my business.

    Very aggressive with fee collections. Will continuously attempt to collect monthly dues until they finally get the money even if you canceled. Very deceptive IMHO

    Canceled service 2 1/2 years ago found out theyve been charging me without turning ********** back on on radio charge me over $300 put a complaint into them basically told me to **** up a rope

    Liars and scammers they tell you what you want hear and then send out the wrong equipment and then offer no resolution except to cancel or pay more money. This company is full of scams and people that dont speak or understand English. Maybe quit outsourcing and you will get better business. 2 hrs of accomplishing nothing just to cancel and send equipment back and charge me a fee for using their label and they sent out and provided the wrong information.

    Worst cancellation experience ever. Company should be closed for the amount of steps and predatory tactics they use to let not let you unsubscribe to their service. They could probably lower their monthly rates, if they didnt send me mail twice a week. I will never sign up for their service again.
