This company has been a disaster to work with. A rep came into our store and collected our filings, which was 84dwt of bench sweeps. Promised to give us the results in 7 days. A month and a half later they are still giving us the run around saying that they only received 84 GRAMS of floor sweeps, containing way less gold content than they picked up from me. I've been trying to contact ******* that picked up our product and have been unable to reach her any way. Called the company's number several times reaching the same agent and each time I have not be connected with anyone actually able to rectify the situation. We have been ripped off over $1500. Was told the agent would reach out to the *** and "if the *** finds the time" he will reach back out... AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!Review from Kimberly D

We decided to give this company a try and they picked up or metal waste 08/03/2023 and we never received a check. I have made multiple phone calls with false promises. Apparently they have sent a check 3 times. Every time I call I get the same guy making the same promises. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-YOU WILL NOT GET PAID!!Review from Patty A

Do not do business with this company!!!! We decided to give them a try and were SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED!! They made promises they did not keep, we never gave them permission to process and they did anyways. We lost several hundred dollars in gold. This company, after many requests, finally sent a metal breakdown that was completely inconsistent with the value given and the check we received was laughable. I attempted OVER 15 TIMES to reach out to the company to no avail. They never once returned my call. If I could give them a negative rating I would. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! Really rude telemarketing, Called 5 times in 2 minutes and left rude message on the phone. We are short staffed and don't have time to take sales calls. No Stars would be given if possible.Review from Megan F

Received a call, the person on the line asked to speak to the doctor immediately. I explained that that doctor was in the middle of an extraction and asked if I could take a message. The man on the phone said that since I was an employee of Dr's, he wasn't sure if Dr. wanted me to know what the call was in reference to. I explained to the man that I just wanted to know if I needed to interrupt Doctor. He said Doctor would know what it was about. I asked the man who he was, and he said he was calling from ******** precious metal collection. Once he said this, I immediately knew he was trying to sell ** something, as we use another company. I told him asking me to interrupt the doctor in the middle of dental work for sales was predatory and inappropriate and said no thank you and hung up. He then called our office twice the next day, he hung up on me and my coworker.Review from TH T

This company stopped in our office without invitation, and the rep acted like he had been in before. I told him that we worked with another company, and thank you very much but no thank you. The rep arrived again, a week or so later, when I was not in the office, and gave the staff the impression that he had been instructed to collect our waste metal, which they gave to him. This was not the case but he played on their ignorance.Since this happened, we received a check for a fractional amount of the waste metal taken, made out in a way that cannot be deposited. Useless check. When I called for a reissue, I was assured that it was not a problem. Also no Assay report was provided as to the contents of the waste metal collected. Two months later, still no check, and when I call, the phone number is no longer in use. Web page looks good, but its a scam company. SCAM COMPANY.
