            Can I leave a 0 star review? WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!LIES, SCAMS, WASTED MONEY. I bought in around 2007ish. Their sales person lied through his teeth. By the time I figured it out, it was too late. They delayed the start date until after the pull out date. Accused ****** for the delay.... 3 months instead of the promised 2 weeks. I called ****** and they had proof it was ASD. Paying for panels plus paying for electricity ended up being more per month than electricity alone. RIP OFF! Then no one would ever come out to clean them. Now, in 2024 we're moving... except that getting the pay-off for the buyers of our home is proving impossible. It's been 5 days already. I've been lied to daily by the nicest customer service guys ever. No help AT ALL. The request for info takes 2-3 days to get picked up by the admin ******* which will take about 5 business days to get the pay-off info together... and then they might send it to me by email. Lost that buyer. Can I find pay-off info on my account on their website? No. **************** people? No. Supervisors? Nope. 10 days for an email??WORST COMPANY EVER!!WILL NEVER HAVE SOLAR FOR HOUSING EVER AGAIN!!

            Can we give 0 stars? ASD Solar was bought by a *********************** in ****** after they went out of business.Client support is difficult to contact or assist you. Thankfully we sold that home in January. It is *** and they continue to send ** $0.00 bills each month and another letter saying they will debit our account for $100 on the 15th. As we owe nothing they do not debit the account. We have spoken to the client service and back office to stop the harassing letters. They are now escalating to their leadership to see how to handle the issue of closing the account. If you are thinking of buying a house with a ASD solar lease, run away. Either have the seller pay it off or you should pay it off. You do not want to deal with them.
