I was contacted via email by sales person from this company offering marketing contact info.I ordered marketing contact lists from them and sent them a check for $2000 on Feb 17, 2023.On March 3, 2023, they stated did not arrive and asked me to wire them the money and that they would return the check if is showed up. I wired them the money on March 6t, 2023 and then they also cashed the check on March 8, 2023. I informed that it was double paid and they apologized, stated they would send a refund in an email April 26, 2023. The refund never came despite numerous attempts to contact them. after that, they won't respond to any communications.

    Better Business Bureau:

At this time, I have not been contacted by InfoDepots regarding complaint ID ********.

I have sent numerous Demand letters to the main office and the Registrar for the **** including one from an attorney.

We are pursuing action in small claims court now.

Our company was solicited earlier this year about purchasing a mailing list to use as we expand our website into the **************. We need to target administrators of senior facilities to "claim" their listing on our website at no charge. We were told by *************************** Account Manage, that this was no problem. The minimum buy is ***** names for $1,000 which we purchased. We were very specific about industry codes and counties. Sadly, the list was full of issues. Many were not appropriate industries (including a company that modifies basements to prevent water, a car wash, and a beauty salon). Several were outside the target area despite addresses given that are in the area. Bottom line....only about half I could be used for our campaign. I contacted **** on numerous occasions explaining the problems we had in vetting the list with quality and validity issues and requesting:1.A list of the industry codes used (should be ***** or ***).2.A refund of $500 since, at best, we will only be able to use half of the list provided. I have tried calling but I just get a fast-busy,

FROM: *********************** Email: ************************************ TEL: ************** I bought some sales data from a company called infodepots at the end of January 2022. The data was to be provided by them and they were to be sending emails on my behalf as part of a service they offer which is known as a marketing campaign *********** seemed good to their word that despite my very niche requirements that they could deliver what I wanted.I have checked and the company does have a DOS number which is available from the ******** ********** of ***** who I shall also be sending a copy of these concerns too along with the Better Business Bureau. Their ******** address info is:260 *********************************************************** Telephone: *************** E-mail: ******************************* Website: www.infodepots.com They have a different address registered with ********* ********** of ***** which they use for mailing but the person I spoke to at the ********** of ***** for ************* said that this is not uncommon.I had written a *****+ word letter to you explaining why I felt the service was poor due to the communication and lack of customer service ever since I paid them the money for this data.I did not keep a copy of this letter of complaint because it appeared that the company had finally provided me with the data I requested.I deleted that carefully detailed file/letter when the company had done what I believed to be fulfilling their promise. In hindsight I should have kept a record of this letter until I was completely satisfied with the service which I received from infodepots which I feel I will never be able to achieve without making my concerns and wants for a resolution formal with action such as this why I am taking now.In short ever since they took a $***** payment (which cost more due to the exchange rate, paying their company fees and for transferring money from ****** to the **** so totalled around $1,500 which is roughly about ***** GBP and..............
