My **** verbal tutoring session with ********* was great! We went over the **** verbal questions I got wrong and why I got them wrong and he gave me strategies to make sure I got the answers right the next time. With ********* helping me study for the verbal section, I know I will reach my **** score goal.

This tutoring service is a scam. DO NOT USE!!!!!! The tutors are horrifically subpar and the owner is a menace. Manhattan Elite Prep uses sponsored ads on ****** to trick potential customers into thinking they are the actual Manhattan Prep. The tutor I was originally given didn't know the materials he assigned me that came straight out of the official GMAT books. *****, the owner, assigned me to a second tutor after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the first tutor I was assigned. The second tutor gave me his own ****** plan he created himself, and he also didn't know how to explain the answers out of his own ****** plan. At this point I requested a refund. ***** refused to issue a refund and verbally abused me over email. ***** said that Manhattan Elite Prep's standard is to CHARGE STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES EXTRA. This is highly illegal under the Americans with Disabilities act. She went on to call me a liar for not disclosing my disability originally. Keep in mind, I never disclosed my disability to this woman, but I had mentioned it to my tutor and she subsequently tried to use it against me.***** also submitted a Yelp review on my mother's business page (she did not use my mother's business), defaming both my mother and I. She wrote about my disability in this review, which again, is extremely illegal under the **** You are not allowed to out someone's disability on a public forum such as Yelp. **** agreed with my mother and I and deleted ******* libelous review. On top of all that, ***** threatened to get me blacklisted from the schools I applied to because I opened up a case with Mastercard to get a refund for the "tutoring" I received (half the hours I didn't even use). All in all, this has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY!

This client is absolutely unreasonable and we believe the family are a group of scammers. We already responded to her Yelp review on our ************* location. She was so abusive that she posted the exactly same-worded reviews over ****************************************************************************************************** the ** area, not from 16 different locations. After we contacted her and her mother regarding her defamatory and fraudulent statements, she immediately deleted all her Yelp posts. Clearly both she and her mother know that their accusations do not hold water and they cannot face the legal consequences for their lies and fraudulent conduct. Our response to them yesterday was: There are so many false claims here. First, we never used any sponsored ads. Neither did we attempt to trick anyone. That statement alone is defamation. Please check what you saw first. Second, you failed to include the fact that you were the one who violated the schools' ethics standard by asking your *********************** to write essays for you. Third, you failed to mention that you made a separate arrangement with ****** without our knowledge and consent by paying him separately for his admissions consulting service. After he did a lot of admissions consulting work for you, you complained to us about his GMAT work. We have all your own emails stating your thoughts about the quality of our tutors. We did not even know you opened a case with your bank. We never received any notice. Please check what ADA *** entails. We do not discriminate clients with disabilities. We provided you the service, yet you violated all the basic ethic rules by misleading us and schools. There is no *** stating that a private business cannot set their own pricing for different customers. "The Civil Rights Act provides protection that all customers are able to enjoy the 'full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin.' " Please stop posting these false reviews. We have every right to *** you and your mother if you do not remove them. Both this person and her mother just want to get free services by using tutoring services and admissions consulting services and then complaining about any is***s they can find after the services are almost fully delivered. They are scammers and fraudsters in every sense. We have all the emails and texting records as evidence.

Highly recommend. My daughter's SAT tutor was experienced and guided her well in preparing for her exam.
