    Scam/sham of an entity (can't bring myself to classify it as a company)! I paid my bill on the 5th of every month like clockwork for four years. Data cycle always reset on the 7th. Between May and June, my data speed was like 90s dial-up. Contacted support to find out why. I was then informed that the data cycle now resets on the 24th. I live and work online, can't do anything at 0.5mb/s. I'm not paying for three weeks of throttled speeds. So I inform them that I will be canceling my service at the end of June cycle. I was demanded to call and cancel on the 24th when the data cycle resets with no refund for early cancelation. So, in essence, they wanted me to cancel 10 days early to pocket the rest of my monthly payment because they can't 'preschedule' cancelations for a prepaid service? It's prepaid and no contract, meaning if I don't pay I am canceling service. This is definitely not the cell phone provider for anyone with a modicum of intelligence and sense. Avoid this scam/sham at all costs. Zero star, less than that even.

    Our data stopped working. The website and the app both say we haven't used any data. When we tried to get it resolved, we were told we had used all of our data on all 3 lines. We had been at home on wifi most of the time and have NEVER used all of our data in the 3+ years on this plan. We were also told that they were unable to track our data because their servers aren't connecting to the app/website. The app and website are no longer functional. **************** is a nightmare. Can't ever get through on the phone. Was told there were no supervisors present or available to speak with. We were in the middle of a chat, and they just left and went home for the night. When we finally were able to talk to an account representative and PAID to upgrade the plan, they took our additional money, and then told us that we still wouldn't have data, because we already used too much data. ??? They then refused to provide us with the port number info. We asked over 10 times and kept being ignored or told to hold on for 2 days. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! 1 star because I can't leave zero.

    Refused to port out a number when I switched phone companies. They sent ** the port out information, and did not tell us that we needed to call them. Refused to talk to our new phone company and made us call them. After threatening legal action with the **** they begrudgingly gave us the number. I still filed an FCC complaint.

    Worst **************** EVER! That cannot offer any solutions and simply extort $$ monthly.You never ever get to speak to a person. Ever. DO NOT USE THIS CELL COMPANY I tried to port out a number from wing to ***** After waiting 13 hours on the chat and countless hours on the phone waiting to speak to someone for the pin to port out. **** said someone would have to call me back in 24-48hours to give me the pin. They said since its an **** number with wing they have to contact **** to send the number over and do this whole process. After that they said once its accepted by **** it will come off the bill, which it did not. Additionally they sent my number as a business number to **** and it was a nightmare getting it on the existing **** account necessary. Well after everything, wouldnt you know it, its still on my bill. So Im paying for a number that I dont have with wing any longer. And you think I could contact someone with Wing? Nope, tried chat its now been 15hours since I started that no response, and I have called three times for a total of 6 hours between on hold or a transfer from the rare occasion someone does accept the call. And they WILL not refund the account if I do pay it, so I have to pay for a product I no longer have with the company because they dont know what their doing. Its the absolute worst customer service ever. There is none to help and no one cares or understands anything. Id like my number taken off the account as it belongs with a different company.

    The worst! Nightmare of a service department! No service for a month! I was still charged for it! 5g unlimited. What a joke! So I then I got a new phone and went back to ******* called my wing number and someone else answered! For the month I was paying for! Save your money and your time. I wish there were minus stars I’d give this a minus 10.

    Please avoid! My service cut out and I wasnt able to get help. I was paying for about a month of service that I didnt receive and they refused to refund. Really bad customer service and support in general. There are other companies who provide a similar service and do a much better job (and are way cheaper). I recommend shopping around and looking into more trustworthy businesses.

    a scam of a business!!!they charged me twice every month for close to 2 years, and a few months ago i realized that it's coming up on the landlines i call, a name that has nothing with me, i chatted with them by phone, email and live chat, they always promised to have the issue resolved within few days, never happened! so i decided to go to ******** took me weeks to get the number out, and I realized that they're still charging me I chatted with them for days to stop it with no result when I finally decided to dispute their charges, I realized they charged me twice every month!!! after i canceled the service and switched to ******** they kept on charging twice every month!!!

    Worst company ever. Some time ago I got a newer phone, from them by the way, and tried to have Wing activate it and port my number over to it, which was already with them. I was transferred between maybe 7-8 different people, wasting maybe 8 hours over a 2 day period. Very frustrating. Flash forward many months to recent times. I got a message that their ****** 3G network was shutting down and I would need to contact them to resolve things. I did this, and just got nowhere. No one knew what to do.again. Their solution? Send out 3 different SIM cards, each time saying, must be broken or corrupt. Finally my Wife bought me a newer phone as a gift. Im not exaggerating, we spent about 5 days on chat lines, and by voice, spending countless hours talking to scores of people at Wing until we were just burned out. Finally someone there got it working! Oh wait, they didnt port in my number, but some dude with a ******** area code (I live in *********) By this time my wife and I resolved to get as far away from Wing as possible as soon as my number was recovered. My wife ported out first, and though she was successful, they charged our credit card for another month of service on her now non-existent line. We had to fight to get that back. Meanwhile by some chance, we got the 1 guy at Wing out of a 100, who actually knew enough to get my phone back working. It worked, sort-of (was having multiple failed texts), but I had my own number back! Im out of here! Not so fast, there were issues in the port out and it took many days, though my wife's took maybe 15 minutes. So I finally get the phone to the new carrier, and the failed texts problem is gone! Everything works. After porting out, I contacted a Wing agent, just to make sure my account was now closed. He assured me it was. Maybe 2 weeks after porting out, I get a $22.29 **** on the credit card for another month of service on a closed account and non-existent line! People have to know this. Wing Telecom=Very Bad.
