I have been trying for months to get paid for mobile notary services provided July 15,2021. Might someone contact me to resolve this issue. I have had zero success with remittance of my once a month invoices. Thank you in advance. Spruce is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worse title company I have come across.Departments act independently and do not speak amongst themselves.My closing date has been moved more times than I can count because no one looks at the files and halts any form of progress.After signing documents, a step in which seemingly everything is ready to be filed to the county, Spruce has extended the date again because they simply didn't file it at any point the day AFTER signing.My recommendation is that you pick literally anyone but Spruce, as a mediocre job is most likely better than what they offer.Review from Bill O

In 26 years in the real estate lending business, this is the single worst, most NCOMPETENT title company I have ever had the horror to deal with. No one takes any responsibility. After 7 hours of calling and emailing NOBODY could answer a questions. 7 hours? Yes. A full day and nobody could answer a question that most other title companies could answer in a few hours. After a full day of trying I still could not ascertain if this *************** actually employs actual title officers. Our buyer even had a headache getting their initial deposit accepted into escrow. Our entire team has had it with these idiots, and we're only half-way through the transaction.
