    I have been receiving emails from Medrite for months regarding a bill that I paid immediately upon receipt and have record of. Since payment, I have received dozens of emails noting that the bill has not been paid and that I am being charged late fees for non-payment. When I respond to their emails, I receive no response. When I reach out to them directly, email contact was the only option and I have never once received a response. I have also called, only to be hung up on by their phone system or told that I am calling outside of business hours, when that is not true. It is absurd to not be able to speak to someone about a problem that they have created.

    I used medrite urgent care for an urgent care visit/ covid test. They had all of my correct information (******** address, email address, and phone number) and never sent me a bill in the mail, via email, or called me. Instead they sent my bill to collections who I am now being harassed by. They need to take this bill out of collections and it needs to be removed from my credit report. Honestly they should be cancelling the bill at this point for what they've done.

    On 3/20/24, I went to the *********, ** branch have a physical done for school. Despite being billed for the varicella test, it was not performed, and the MA filled out my form fraudulently. They also filled out the ********* * form incorrectly, indicating that I had a level of immunity that the test results do not reflect. When I returned to have this addressed, the branch had closed with no forwarding information. Because of this, I had to go to another clinic, and pay again for the services that MedRite Smithtown billed me for and did not perform. As of today, I have filled out the contact form on the website five times, and no one has responded. No one answers the phone at the corporate headquarters, and there is only an automated response with a non-working link when you email the provided patient relations email.

    On 11/23/22 I took my child to MedRite for an ear infection. Normally we would see his pediatrician, but they did not have sick visit times until 7pm and he was crying in pain at 10am. During our visit the manager, ******, repeatedly hounded me to leave a 5 star review and would point to the ** code. Once we were in the exam room, no one weighed or measured my son. ****** again came in an asked us to leave a 5 star review. The provider who saw him did confirm the ear infection and was going to prescribe Amoxicillin. I said that the city does not have any Amoxicillin due to shortages and to please prescribe a different medication such as Augmentin or Cefdinir. I was familiar with this as my younger child just had an ear infection and this is what the pediatrician recommended. Instead, the provider prescribed a z-pack and gingivitis mouth wash. My pharmacist called and told me that they could not fill the prescription because the provider did not give a dosage for a child. They also questioned why these medications were submitted to a child with an ear infection. This prompted Mediate to call me asking for an estimate of my son's weight. Unfortunately, the provider would not change the medication even though both the pharmacist and I asked for an alternative.I had to then take my child back to the pediatrician's office that evening at 7pm for a correct diagnosis and appropriate medication. Medrite claims that they were correct in using a z-pack and were not medically negligent and denies pushing for good reviews. I am paying the bill so that this is not a negative **** on our credit reports and will never use their services again.

    We believe there has been a fraudulent bill provided to us from a phisher posing as Medrite. We got a bill for services rendered that were never rendered, with wrong address and phone number provided, and inaccurate information overall about company and services.

     The business called and left a voicemail, asking if someone had called me yet. I have not been able to speak directly on the phone with anyone from

    the business. They also have not responded to our email inquiry.
