    On 12/23 I requested cancelation of Order ******* which had not yet gone to a pharmacy for processing. The cancelation and request was confirmed several times through the patient coordinator, ******* ***************************** No further charges were authorized but on 12/24, a charge to my credit card was made for $596.00 and a fraud complaint filed. Numerous problems with this company, who claim 3-5 days processing, non-existent doctor consultations, false documentations, false claims for products with unrealized results, etc.

    I finished an intake form on 11/13 and apparently that started an order, I emailed and let them know that it was not my intention to get an order going and I needed to cancel the subscription. They stated no problem and they would cancel, this was on 11/14. Then on 11/20 I got an email saying thank for the new order. I emailed again and told them it was a mistake on their end and this subscription should have been canceled. They basically said it was my problem and they would not be refund the $596.

    On September 28th2024 I bought a Groupon for 80 dollars to get online weight loss medication. The code went through wrong on Groupon so the company mbi charged me 500 dollars. I cant afford that. 70 dollars was alot for me. Ive sent them around 10 messages and the only response Ive received from them is all sales are final. Im out over 500 dollars now. They are also supposed to have someone to chat with and there isnt a option. On top of this they keep sending me texts that I owe them money. On Groupon it says not to worry if code is input wrong and that they will fix it which they did not. Im on a very limited income. I am so frustrated.

    This is regarding a transaction with BMIMD made on 05/11/24. My card got charged for $408.99 but I have never received the medication. I have sent 3 emails to the company on 05/30/24, 06/24/24, and 07/17/24 requesting a resolution of the problem. I got those automated e-mails back stating they have received my inquiry, but a resolution never came. I have received all the other orders except for the month of May. On my emails, I initially asked for the company to just send me the medication that I have already paid for, but at this point, I want a full refund of my charges for May 2024. Attached is a screenshot of my BMIMD account and you will see that the status is "being filled in pharmacy" for the May 11th, 2024 order. Thanks for your help. *************************

    The website stated it was 119$ for the first month, that's what the cart said as well, so I entered in my card information and complete purchase. The website then popped up and said promotion not available, but the website kept processing and charged my bank account 389$. Which is a far cry from the introductory price and I wouldn't have continued on with the purchase if not forced to. There is no option in the account to cancel the order. I will be doing a charge back or incorrect charge with my bank if my order isn't changed to the 119$ or refunded and cancelled completely. They also only have a web form to contact the company not a direct mode of contact.

    6 days ago, I used a groupon to make an order. The groupon discount was removed after the order was placed. I was charged a different amount than advertised. I contacted you via email to resolve this. You said you'd reply within 1 business day. You have not replied. Give me my money back.

    I was on a auto pay monthly script for Semiglutide. A medication for diabetes. When I enrolled in the program, they explained how a lot of people have side effects which makes it not possible to use the medication. After I received my first course, I had most of the side effects that they said were possible. I contacted them and they told me to not increase the dose as initially recommended. So I did just that and still had the symptoms. Without telling me, they went ahead and ordered up the second months prescription and charged my account. I went in and discussed with the doctor about my side effects and we decided that I should not be on it. they said they would then refund the payment. But they have not done so and after many conversations with their customer service, they claim they have refunded me and pretty much closed the case. They told me that it might have been a problem with my bank, in which case I contacted my bank and they said they never received any notice from them. I asked them to send me an invoice of some record of where the funds were refunded and they never would do that and stopped communicating with me. It was suppose to be refunded on November 16th into account ending in **** ************* ************, **).
