I want to leave a review because I’ve had exceptional service. I use Window Repair NYC for all of our window, glass & door needs at our residential and commercial properties, as well as our home. We’ve had front lobby glass doors broken in Manhattan multiple times and windows that wouldn’t shut in various apartments, etc.. I call them right away and they are available within a day or two notice. They’ll come take a look at the job and call you with a quote shortly after. They are reliable and always do a great job. Ive used Window Repair several times for different window replacement or repair jobs. Each time, they did excellent and timely work, as they had promised and were very responsive to my scheduling needs. ****** was always helpful in arranging for prompt repairs in my tenant-occupied rental. Highly recommend

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY ! This company is a total fraud! I hired this company to build and install a sliding patio door with pet gate for in my house. To kickoff the contract after measuring up, they demanded a 50% upfront payment for work. I paid amount $356 June 23, 2021 and he provided an invoice by email. After 4 weeks I got an excuse, "manufacturer is behind on orders and they gave me a couple of weeks . Those weeks past and another excuse, then another, then another....... 3 mouth past and no work performed. At this point, I just want my money back. I formally asked for my money back in September of 2021 and they agreed to refund my $356 but no money was refunded it's March of 2022 now. I called and emailed numerous times, but no refund was issued. And since then I have not received any communication from them. 200 calls and emails and they hasn't responded. At this point I just have to file a small claim court to recover my money. Shame on this bussiness! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! IS A THIEF AND A SCAM ARTIST. FRAUD STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
