    I purchased my vehicle 8/31/2023, i was advised that the tires and other things on the car were new. I complained about chip paint on the car and they advised me that they would not fix it or deduct from the price because everything else on the vehicle was new. On 3/21/2024 i took my vehicle to get a oil change with tire rotation and they advised me they could not to do the tire rotation on my vehicle because the tires were marked as a hazard and declared undrivable. I asked how this could be being i just purchased the vehicle and the tires were "New", the advisor asked me if i have driven my vehicle over 20,000-30,000 miles, i advised them the vehicle was purchased with 47k miles and has less then 58k miles, the advisor explained that there was no way these tires could of been new and that i needed to take this up with the dealer. I called the dealer and was bounced around on the phone and advised the people i worked with upon purchasing no longer work there and they would forward my message to try and get help, each rep i talked to sounded bothered and was extremely careless.

    Purchased new Cadillac Traded in a Range Rover with a loan balance to be paid off in sales contract of $49,000 Unity failed to pay off my old loan in a timely fashion !I was forced to pay additional payments on my previous loan of approx $3,000 dollars so my credit would not be tarnished Finally after ***** days unity sent a payoff of $ ****** dollars. They were obligated by contract to pay approx $49,100.00 I have called and emailed dozens of times to find out when my $ refund of approx $ ******** will be issued !I have been ignored, need help

    We purchased a brand new ***** Silverado truck from Unity ***** of ******** on July 4th 2023. We picked up the said brand new truck on July 5th. Then next day the check engine light came on. We brought it in to the dealer (Unity ***** of ********) they said they fixed the check engine issue. We pick it up. The next day the check engine light appears on again .. we bring it back up. ( they offered to rush the job to get it rectified bc we ere leaving on a trip and needed our brand new truck we purchased for the said trip .. in the meantime they wait over two days to get back to us and proceeded to tell us (by ******* the service advisor) that the check engine light has not been fixed and theres Extensive damage to our truck. They finally admit that it was damaged there by and by someone there. They stated that they would have to fix it in their body shop. We said we wanted it as new, as we purchased a brand new truck and this is absolutely disgusting. They said they fixed the truck. My husband went to go pick the truck up. They band-aided the job. My husband Co-owns a local body shop. The proper fix, is a new quarter panel. And they refuse to fix it that way. We have ***** corporate involved. But everyone seems to telling stories and pacifying. Unity ***** basically sold ** a faulty truck with an on going check engine issue and proceeded to extensively damage our truck while in their hands with less than 200 miles on it. Then they dont have the tools and knowledge fix the truck properly and don't even care. Everyone you talk to in that place lies through their teeth. My husband offers to fix him self but they pay for it OBVIOUSLY!!! they told him flat out no. We gave them way too many chances to make this right. We deserve a new truck, EXACT SAME or Better. Or they buy it back and also paying is the $20,000 car that we traded in for it. We are done working them. This has been going on almost a month now.

    I purchased a 2021 Corvette from at Unity Cadillac in ********, ** on June 13th, 2023. First, I was only given one key to the vehicle and the owners manual was missing. I called and spoke with the sales guy who ordered the key and the manual, and I mentioned the ** control button was broken. I made an appointment once both parts of the key were received, I also mentioned when I made my appointment with ******************** that the backup camera was not working properly I was given an appt for July 21st . After several hrs No one touched the vehicle, no one came out and updated us on what was going on. Finally asked a service guy (********************), and he told us that the tech guys cell phone fell in some oil, and he was unable to reach him and get an update on the vehicle we had to leave the car. The next morning July 22nd I called early in the morning to check on the car and found out the car wasnt even looked at and was told it would not be looked at as there was no Tech there. I went spoke with General Sales Manager, he would followup, He called me on Monday and told me that they would have to order another backup camera and it would take about two days, picked up the car July 26th. Friday July 28th I heard a rattling sound, I called and left several messages Saturday July 29th ************** told me to bring in the car, which I did --- just to find out after driving there with the vehicle that there was no tech there to look at the car. I had to leave the car there once again. Now this is a Vehicle that on the paperwork I was given received a Certified pre-owned 172-point vehicle inspection and was signed off by Certified *********** ******* Mgr., Used Vehicle Mgr. I just keep getting the run around.

    Hello,I purchased a vehicle from this business on June 23rd, 2023. In my contract there was a fee for $2600.00, the sales manager informed me that this was for maintenance on the vehicle because it was a used vehicle. So this maintenance was supposed to occur before giving the vehicle to the new owner. The sales manager also informed me that this would include a full inspection, oil change, flushing of brake/transmission fluids, topping all fluids, tire rotation, engine air filter, cabin air filter, full interior exterior detail. Not a single one of these things were completed prior to dropping the vehicle off to me. I checked everything and have pictures to confirm they did nothing, the coolant in the car was BELOW minimum level. Oil wasnt topped off, the engine air filter was full of twigs, leaves, dirt. The engine oil filter was on the car for so long that it had RUST. They took $2600.00 from me and did absolutely nothing. When trying to contact Unity Chevrolet they ignore all of my calls, send me to non existent phone lines and will not make this right. I have no other option, I have called the business every single day and I live 2 hours away in ***********. Please help me, how many people has this happened to. Being a veteran I have never been treated so poorly and taken advantage of. I immediately told them what happened, they said it is unacceptable and to bring the car back to be serviced, I just paid 200 dollars for them to deliver the car because I work long hours. Now 4 days later they want to take the back to do what they were originally supposed to do, a day before a holiday. I need a car for work, what the **** am I supposed to do and I am not going to drive an un serviced vehicle and risk something happening, I immediately got the vehicle serviced out of fear of something going wrong mechanically. This was a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with ****** miles. I attached the texts with the salesman. They will not respond.

    I leased a 2022 new ***** Silverado from Unity Chevrolet in ******** ** on July 25th, 2022. Since August 29th, 2022 it has been to the dealer for electrical and safety issues twice, a dead battery, failure to start, key fob randomly locking in the vehicle when off, and a faulty factory paint job that can't be fixed correctly unless the whole truck is painted but GM will not authorize it. The dealership is not standing behind me as a customer and fails to recognize that the truck I leased from them is a constant headache. I am in and out of rentals, and having to take time off from work. I have spoke to the salesman, sales manager, and even e-mailed the principal of Unity Chevrolet ******************* who has never responded back to my complaint to try and resolve the issues. I have said to Unity Chevrolet that this truck is a safety concern for me to drive, will I be stranded? Will it start? Will the airbags suddenly deploy? Will forward collision not work when I would expect it too? These complaints went in one ear and out the other to everyone there at Unity Chevrolet. No one will ever answer the phone extensions that you ask for, instead you are sent to voicemails that messages can't be left since they are full. I have been told and promised call backs but no one ever calls back. I have said I wanted a full refund for the truck but was told I could only trade it in for something else but would cost me money. This truck is a danger for me to drive along with my family inside.

    I bought a vehicle from Barton Chevrolet in January of 2021. When we bought the vehicle we also paid for an oil change maintenance package and a paint/ wax package which we never were able to use and now they have sold to "Unity Chevrolet " who refuses to honor the contract. I would like to have my money refunded to me. I don't understand why a dealership that has purchased another dealership would not be liable to ************** that were sold by dealership they purchased?
