    I placed an order for a book through the company's website. I received a confirmation email stating "we're getting your order ready to ship". Nothing on the website or in my confirmation email stated the book was backordered or out of stock. Once the charge officially posted to my credit card (not pending, but posted) and I had yet to receive a shipping email, I sent an email to the business, at the address that was provided in my order confirmation email. I requested an update on the status of my order and that if they did not have the book in stock that I would like to cancel my order and be refunded. Its been two-plus days and have yet to receive a response to my email. I also contacted the phone number for the store that is listed on their website - I contacted them by phone twice (08/28 & 08/29). Both times, I spoke to the same person on the phone and both times was told that the store doesn't handle online orders and an individual named ********* does and they would take a message and have him get back to me that day (08/28); the call was not returned. I called a second time (08/29) to see if someone else could assist me and the person I spoke with continued to defer my questions and again stated the store doesn't handle internet orders and ********* does and he is not actually at the store; but they would send him another message to have him contact me, I advised the person on the phone that I wanted a refund and he again told me that he would send a message to "*******" and that he doesn't handle internet orders. This phone number is listed on their website, yet the person on the phone was unable to assist me, unable to provide me a refund, and basically told me it was not his issue as someone else handles their internet orders. I have attempted every way I am able to, to get a response from this business and they will not respond, nor update me on my order, or cancel the order and refund my money ($31).

    I ordered a book through this companies website. I called the store and was immediately told the online store was completely separate from the physical store, even though the phone number is linked on their website and my order number. The book was supposed to arrive in 5-8 business days and I still have not received even a shipping confirmation. I have tried to contact this store multiple times and they dont give me any information. The book I ordered is called Palestine on a plate and the person at the store dismissed me quickly. I spent 42$ and still dont have a book.

    Customer was emailed and refunded in full two days ago. Customer called our brick and mortar location once and was told that we'd get back to them because we needed to contact the book's publisher to check the status of the customer's order. The customer's book ended up being "back-ordered" with no release date so we canceled the order.
