I originally gave them a 5 star review. This was based on: 1.) Quick turn around on quote. 2.) Professionalism and knowledge during the quote and initial talks (this was with Bill, the owner). 3.) Speed and ability to get us on the schedule and do the work quickly. 4.) Pleasant team during construction and appearance of a good job doing cleanup. Work performed: A 15x20 patio, two concrete pads near entry doors, & a 3 flue brick chimney crown replacement. Work started at 730AM prompt, and they were done by 2PM. I usually keep an eye on contractors but I had to work and trusted Bill from our first meeting. In hindsight I really wish I hadn't. Bill and crew were professional & cordial. HOWEVER: A few days later we began to clean up and could not BELIEVE WHAT WE DISCOVERED. Someone from B&B had ***DUMPED AN ENTIRE 5 GALLON BUCKET OF CONTRETE IN MY BACK YARD. I have photos of this. NEVER dump job waste on the customers property. I called Bill & never heard a word. He still had to come remove the wooden frame from the chimney, so when he did come out, he removed most of the concrete that was dumped (but couldn't get it all). They also drilled holes into the brick to hold the crown support frame (instead of building up from the roof line). Bill removed the frame, and left the holes (unfilled). He had said he would clean up the crown and seal around it. HE DID NEITHER. With the frame removed it revealed dripped concrete & they had cracked nearly the first 2 layers of mortar (demolishing the old crown-cap). When I spoke to Bill on the phone about this - he said "it was actually already like that". No it was not. I have pictures before they started work (he knows I do). I said this, and he said with no further words: "I'll take care of it" AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. YES- HE HUNG UP. It's been a month, he never came around. They took no ownership of their errors. Basically, they got paid & left a mess. I've since found dried concrete ALL OVER my GRILL & the side of my house.

B&B Concrete did an outstanding job for our new driveway… they went way above & beyond… what’s most important is Bill & his team did what they said would do…A man of his word .. A face to face handshake will looking me straight in the eye .. completing the job ahead of schedule with precision & excellence…. Well worth it… highly recommended…we’ ll use B&B Concrete again… thx again Bill

B&B turned an unattractive part of our yard into useful space in a matter of hours. I’m very happy with our walkway and patio and impressed by the crew that built it. They thoroughly cleaned up any messes before they left and the price was fair. I would definitely use them again.

Josh - Bill and the crew were nothing but sensational !!!! Communication was top notch from estimate to finishing touches !!! We knew they were the best but expectations were blown away the professionalism and dedication to every minor detail was just one of the many reasons why their work is second to none HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

What a great crew! Very efficient. Would highly recommend!! The thing I liked most was Bill said what he was going to do, the time they would show and followed through with everything. More companies should be the same way. Hey do yourself a favor, if you need concrete, cal B&B!

B & B Construction did an excellent job on our patio. They were flexible, communicated well, and most importantly did really high end work. I would recommend B & B construction for any kind of outdoor patio work.
