    Made purchase on April 12th (Order #*****) . The business said roughly 3 to 10 days to receive package . I started to check for updates around the 26. However nothing changed on the website and when I emailed the business asking for an update ,the email came back saying it doesn't exist. At this point I just want my money back!

    I order a ****** band on September 23, 2022, it stated 3-7 business days. I have been messaging them and all it says is it is in transit. No one responds to anything, just keep saying in transit. Since I haven't received my product yet, I would like a refund.

    I have purchased numerous items from the company before. I purchased a waist trainer and realized upon delivery that it was the wrong size. I sent it back to the company per the instructions along with my name, size, shipping address and I have received no information from the company regarding my exchange. I have called the number on the site, reached out to the company on ********* instagram, and attempted to find their account on tik tok unsuccessfully. The company has not replied nor provided a valid means of communicating with them. The purchase order number is ***** for a clip and zip. The return was made to the company on September 10, 2022 at a mailing facility in ****************, ****.I have sent emails to the company for almost a month.

    I purchased a vest waist trainer on June 5, 2022 with 3 to 5 day shipping. It's now July 12th and my order still has yet to be filled per their web site. I've tried a number of times to contact them via email, ****************** messager, Instagram, shop and by phone to the numbers on their site as well as all numbers provided by ****** search with no anwer or response. My order number is ***** with a total of 71$ after a returning customer discount.

    Placed an order on April 1st shortly after 5pm and paid 15 dollars for 2-4 day shipping. My item has not shipped at all and I can't get ahold of anyone from the company via email or phone. I would just like to cancel the order and have a refund because it seems like I'm being scammed.

    I purchased a two in one vest on their website due to the original one being too small so I sent the item back to them in the correct time frame for an exchange of size. I tracked the item I sent back threw the post office and it says it was hand delivered to the Company killer kurves the next day . It has been two weeks and Ive been calling them and emailing also Dm on there IG , no response from them . Phones are disconnected . At this point I would just like a refund of $52.80 I paid !
