This company does business as FoamCo. They are extraordinarily unprofessional. This company notified me 45 minutes before their scheduled arrival time that they were postponing my appointment. They did this AFTER I had to clear my work schedule in order to be home, we had to make arrangements to place our pets and sleep elsewhere for the night per their instructions, and we had completed the preparation of our home for the work to be done. We literally scheduled our entire week around this appointment. The aforementioned issues cost us money and greatly inconvenienced us but the worst part was that I discovered that their sales representative had secretly photographed the inside of my home and had used the photographs to create an advertisement for the company. The advertisement was created and posted without my knowledge or consent. The photographs showed items that clearly identified the homeowner. They also showed personal possessions that I didn't necessarily want shared. I brought this to the attention of the owner of the company and got no apology. I was told that the ad would be removed and that my deposit would be refunded. I can't begin to describe what a horrible, creepy invasion of privacy this was. The secondary issues involving the financial aspect and the inconvenience this created for several parties are also troubling. We were treated as though are concerns were unimportant. If customer service is this poor I can only imagine how awful the product must be. This company is absolutely worth avoiding.
