            All Time Detection (ATD) failed to reset our alarm service in compliance with the 10 Digit Dialing Mandate that went into effect on 10/24/2021 which I verified with the *** and FTC who recommended I file this complaint with you as well. Subsequently ATD did not receive our alarm signals and did not provide effective monitoring service from 10/24/2021 until this was discovered on 5/16/2022. I contacted ATD for instructions about a code on our keypad. It was during that call that it was discovered that they hadnt been receiving our alarm signals and thus did not respond to our alarm being set off. ATD scheduled for a technician to come out who found nothing wrong with our alarm system except that ATD did not program our service to be in compliance with the 10 Digit Dialing Mandate. We were billed an unexpected $146.31 for an unnecessary service trip. When I contacted ATD about the **** they transferred me to their very abrasive service manager who blamed me for not contacting them to reprogram our alarm system. He would not give me someone above him to speak with. We want the $146.31 rescinded and we want to be reimbursed for the months and days ($20 p/m +tax) for the security alarm monitoring services we paid for but were not receiving. Thankfully there was no emergency that ultimately needed a police or fire department response during these times. Our acct# with ATD is ******. Thank You.
