Order chandelier from ********. ********** had parts broken and missing. Told them I moved and gave new address. They said they would send new parts to complete chandelier. Mailed to my old address anyway. Now they say the send new parts for $550. This is just for a few strands missing. I already paid them $2000 for the light. ******. The requested replacement parts were promptly shipped; however, after dispatch, the customer informed us of a recent change of address. Unfortunately, by the time we were notified, the shipment was already in transit, and we were unable to retrieve ***** part of our process, we rely on customers to verify and ensure the accuracy of shipping details before finalizing their orders. I ordered two rugs from the exact same collection. They show as matching perfectly online, however when I received them, there is a VAST difference in coloring and even texture. I have emailed and called and am still waiting for some sort of resolution. The man I spoke with the single time I made human contact was very dismissive and was like "I am not even sure of your end goal, here". He said "it's not really our fault if they are different colors". I shared that I felt differently as there is no warning whatsoever that the rugs ordered with identical style numbers would vary, nor do images online show any difference in coloring. He then shared that Safavieh was using a rug company in the ******* (which is no longer working for obvious reasons) and that they switched to a manufacturer elsewhere. He shared that one of my rugs was from the original location and the other, from the new location. I shared that may be the case, and I get it, but they still really need to match, they are side by side in the same room. He said he'd "escalate" it and I'd hear back. It's been a full week. I have sent and resent tons of images. To say I am frustrated would be the understatement of the year. It's not like these rugs were free- they were incredibly expensive...and I chose to order them directly from Safavieh (paying more) vs a 3rd party retailer so that I wasn't at risk for getting off colored rugs or anything weird. The representative made an effort to find a matching replacement rug but was ultimately unable to do so. In response, we are updating the rugs photos to accurately reflect these color variations.We are also aware that the client initiated a charge dispute with their credit card provider, which has since been resolved.While we strive to address client requests efficiently, certain resolutions may require additional time, and we recognize that this matter was not resolved within an ideal timeframe. Purchased 4 patio chairs for $200 each in 2021. Falling completely apart in two years, and as they don't tell you only a 30 day(!!) warranty. Overpriced garbage by a garbage company who does not stand behind their products. Avoid at all costs!Safavieh Home Furnishings Response

Thank you for your feedback. We have addressed this issue with the customer. Unfortunately, the customer's order falls outside our warranty coverage.The purchase order for these items was placed in April 2021. Over the course of several years of outdoor use, the product has naturally incurred wear and tear, and environmental factors may have contributed to the issues observed. After a thorough review, we have determined that these issues are not due to defects or manufacturing discrepancies.Given that the product has been in use for approximately 3 years, some level of wear is expected. It is important to note that we, Safavieh, do not provide a manufacturing warranty for this product, and the issues presented extend beyond the coverage provided by our standard 30-day warranty. If coverage such as a protection plan was purchased, the customer can contact the retailer for further details.Please understand that our primary objective is to assist all our customers to the fullest extent possible. However, based on our evaluation, the wicker barstools are showing signs of wear and tear consistent with their age, and the date of purchase places them outside the scope of our warranty coverage. They overprice their ************** wholesale it to other ******************** where you can purchase for less ( i.e Perigold, Target etc)The sales people we came across twice were not knowledgable about their merchandise & trying to force the sale by stalking us in the store Feeling very uncomfortable to deal with them at their Paramus N.J store I also noticed a mold odor in a kitchen drawer unit I bought through Target which I returned In general, they keep calling & texting to push the sale being very innapropriateSafavieh Home Furnishings Response

DO NOT conduct business with this company! I purchased a Safavieh bed from QVC, it has been 3 years (they claim to have a 5 year warranty), wires are bulging from the side of the bed, there is a v shaped divot/ indentation in the middle edge of the bed and it sinks when laid on. I sent pictures of the bed along with the filed claim, they denied the claim! The letter states that the warranty, all the things that are wrong with the mattress, is what the warranty covers but they refuse to honor that warranty or replace/ refund my money. I called to speak to someone regarding the denied claim and they stated do not contact us again regarding this claim, it is finalized in our system; if you feel the need to move further, contact an attorney but do not call again and promptly hung up on me!I spoke to QVC and they also will not help with this matter because they state there is still a warranty through the manufacturer and I have to deal with them regarding this issue.Safavieh Home Furnishings Response

The customer's claim has been finalized, and the issues with their mattress are not covered under our 5-year warranty. We have provided detailed information on what the warranty covers. Unfortunately, based on the images and the customer's description, the reported issues do not qualify for coverage. The claim letter represents our final decision, and no exceptions will be made, as communicated to the customer. While we thoroughly review all claims, the problems with this mattress fall outside the scope of the warranty. I ordered a very expensive mirror. It was delivered incredibly marred and scratched. The corners were not even plumb. I immediately sent photos. I have called and emailed dozens of times and most times ignored. Still no resolution. I feel cheated.Safavieh Home Furnishings Response

DO NOT BUY. I'm barely out of the "30-Day Return Window" and this is already falling apart. Safavieh and Bed ************* won't do anything since it's outside of the window. Don't buy this brand. I got 3 rugs and ALL 3 are falling apart. I returned the other 2 because it was within the window. Safavieh is a cheap company with poor products. I went with a luxury brand and will continue to do so to avoid cheaply made, disintegrating rugs. Avoid safavieh at all costs! Crappy materials from a crappy company with cheap products. ****** their poor reviews on other sites and all reference the same extremely low quality. Save yourself the time and money, this company makes *horrible* quality products. We appreciate the feedback regarding this product. The customer's warranty for this rug has expired and they have been notified through a support ticket on March 29th 2024. Regarding the rug in question, which is crafted from 100% wool, shedding is a common occurrence. Additionally, it's important to note that the rug is hand-knotted and therefore not recommended to be placed in high-traffic areas as it may cause much damage. As the 30-day window for returns has lapsed, we are unable to comment on the wear and tear of the rug beyond this period. Customers are granted 30 days to return products through their original point of purchase, as per our policy. Please note that Safavieh does not offer extended warranties on our products, nor can we accept returns after the initial 30-day delivery period, especially for items purchased through online retailers. Upon receipt of the product, customers have ************************************ damages, and we cannot assume liability for any concerns reported after this inspection period has expired. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a return or replacement in this instance due to our established policies. I want to post this about Safaieh so other customers are aware. This is the worst company. I ordered expensive chairs and there was no indication that they were dwarf chairs. The legs were less than 12 tall. They looked like childrens furniture. I called and they authorized a return but I have to pay shipping cost. Well the lowest shipping youre I received was $325.00. On a ******** order. This is outrageous. I even inquired about dropping it off at a retail location of theirs. They said no. I even tried to drive it to the distribution warehouse and they said they wont take it. Specifically, the dimensions are accurately listed as 26 inches in overall height. The chair's design is intentionally crafted to have a shorter height, and we make sure to display all dimensions to inform customers prior to purchase.In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the product and wishes to return it, they are responsible for covering shipping fees if the item is not damaged or defective. Returns cannot be accepted if items are dropped off at a Safavieh Retail Store or Safavieh Warehouse after being ordered online. It's imperative to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for all returns.
