Parker and waichman have stopped communicating with me . I suffered for years from faulty hernia mesh, and I still do. Two surgeries, couldn't watch my kids grow up due to the pain. I still suffer. Big problem is not hearing back from the attorney. I have sent many emails and left many messages. I am very frustrated as I have been over six years for this case to be done and my money sent to me. They are terrible for communicating. I hope you all better luck.

My business with Parker Waichman is not complete; however, they have stopped all communication and they are not returning my calls or answering my emails. My case # with them is ******* and the unfinished business is the Medical lien holdback from Roundup settlement. A fully executed contract and acceptance was signed and sent to Parker Waichman on 2/13/2023 which contained the lien holdback amount, medical lien amount and amount due to me. I am aware of ******** delays to this process, but that issue has been cleared since June 2023. Since February i received 3 emails from Parker Waichman. July 21st stated the portal should be live next week for review and approval. Aug 14th stated to watch for an email from them next week with lien info and instructions on how to bring this matter to a close. Aug 21st provided my final lien data amount which had not changed since February and stated they were in the process of sending the consent form via assuresign by both email and text message link. I waited 2 weeks and began calling and was told they were working on it. On Sept 21st I called requesting to speak to the settlement coordinator who is taking care of my case. I was told she was busy and a phone appointment was set for her to call me at 11:00 am on Sept 26. I waited until 1:00, called and was told she was behind but would call me before end of day. She never called. Since that date *** made several attempts to speak to her by phone, leaving voicemails requesting the courtesy of a callback. *** sent numerous emails requesting information; even sent an email to the managing partner over mass torts ***** They will not answer my calls or my emails. I want the medical liens paid off and proof that it is completed and I want the balance due to me of $22,265.55 in order to bring this matter to a close.

Parker Waichman LLP obtained settlement on my behalf from Uloric Products Liability case. In May of this year, Parker Waichman paid off ******** on my behalf, for the medical expenses I incurred due to the damage Uloric caused to my health from the settlement. I learned about the above pay off from the letter I received from ******** in May 2023. I personally have not received any money from Parker Waichman, I have left multiple phone messages and multiple emails that I sent to *************************** at Parker Waichman. I received no answer from her or anyone else at Parker Waichman. My case number is *******. I would like to get my money from the settlement Parker Waichman received at least five months ago. Attached is the front page of the letter I received from Parker Waichman that shows that we indeed were under contract and my case number, as well as the letter I received from ******** about the payout.

After placing calls on 14 June and 20 June I finally received a return call from a paralegal in response to my letter of 26 June to *******************************. As requested by ***************************** I sent my mother's Death Certificate and will to ****** via email. No acknowledgement of receipt has been sent to me. On 17 July I sent ****** an email indicting I had come across a Rueters article regarding dismissal of a Fosamax case by U.S. District Judge ************************* in March of this year and asked about the impact on my mothers case. Lacking a response, I followed up with a letter on 21 July to *****************************. Again, lacking a response, I followed up with a letter on 23 August stating; " I surmise from the complete lack of response that my mothers case has been impacted by Judge ******** ruling and no further actions are possible. Please do me the courtesy of responding with an update and answers to my queries so I can close this item on my mothers estate." To date the only correspondence I have received are announcements of the Camp Lejune Water Contamination. I would appreciate the courtesy of a response to my letters and emails.
