On April 22, 2022, I purchased the installation of a well water tank. It cost$3K. This company refused to warranty the item if it stopped working due to freezing or corrosion. The unit failed as it was faulty (2 other plumbers confirmed this) due to a faulty bladder. I called Mr. ********************** and they very reluctantly agreed to take a look, and that if it was in fact a faulty unit, they would replace it. Because the house has no water, I've been staying with relatives in **. The day before they were supposed to come I called to confirm that they would be coming because I was 2 hours drive away. They said that I was rude to them, and they cancelled my appointment and put me on the do not service list. They refuse to take responsibility for the faulty unit, and will not answer the phone. They won't let me talk to the manager, and told me that they refuse to do business. They took my money, gave me a faulty unit, and refuse to talk to me. I have no choice but to go another route and purchase one on my own, even though this unit was faulty. I want to be reiumbursed for the unit that I have to replace that they should have covered. I was told by their rep that I was rude, and entitled. I'm disgusted by the way I was treated after giving them so much money.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this dispute. While we can appreciate the frustration that accompanies, ************** and manager followed industry standards in attempting to repair ********************** heating system. On August 1st and 2nd, we found that the reason why the unit was not operating properly was due to a malfunctioning zone control board. We replaced the board on day 2 and the unit was working. We were returned on September 27 to find that the damper was rusted and seized. We replaced the damper and also the relay that operates it. This allowed the unit to fire up and the unit was working at that time. We returned a third time on November 6 for a similar no heat call. We found that the radiant floor controls were not working and needed to be replaced. This unit is over 20 years old and is showing significant signs of wear. We offered to make the repairs and replace the boiler and offered to discount the work because we understood the optics of the situation and wanted to make a fair proposition. The offer was not taken well and we were forcefully rejected. We have always returned calls to ****************** and have offered to help in a way that is fair to both parties, but have been told that it was not good enough. In the end, the unit is very old and in need of a significant overhaul. We did our best to remedy the issues that occurred (with success) but every time we would fix one issue, another would arise some time later. This is the problem when working on such old equipment.

Invoice #******** Date: 10/21/21 Work done: Main pipe line replaced from the foundation because of backup in the basement. Cost: $3977.55 Problem: After the job was complete and almost a year later, we found our basement floor with water damage right where the pipe line replacement from the foundation. Resolution: Called the company on 12/12/222 at 11:42am and spoke with representative and she told me that the person who was in charge of that job will call back asap. After 12 days of waiting no phone calls or any response from the company. Due to more rain this weekend my basement floor is wet and is concerned about more damage.

The leak that was claimed was not caused by the work that was performed by Mr ********************** Plumbing. The leak was coming from an area that was not worked on by our company. We reached out to the customer to convey that information.
