    My Vehicle purchased at Nemer Ford in Queensbury NY and was sold an extended warranty. November 2023 Cam Phase Sensors were replaced under the extended warranty, when the cam phase sensor went bad they told me the problem shifting was because of the cam phase sensors were bad. January 2024 they had to replace the transmission because of the cam phase sensors failing in November 2023, June 2024 with only about 6000 miles on the cam phase sensor replacement the repair parts failed, On August 2024 with only 473 miles on the June 2024 repairs the cam phase sensors once again failed on August 1, 2024. Now the repairs have been done yet again now the dealer Service Department tells me that the Turbo's in my vehicle are bad and they will need replacing now that the extended warranty has expired and I've never had any problems with them at all. The dealer wouldn't even give me a price other than it will be thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars to repair and will be better to get rid of it. When the cam phase sensors went bad for the third time there was no problems with the turbos and when i got it back the turbos are making a loud noise. My Vehicle since November 2023 they dealer has had my vehicle in their shop for 11 weeks and they DID NOT provide a loaner vehicle or rental vehicle. being a small business owner i lost almost $ 12000.00 in income because of all these issues that the dealer has repaired the vehicle correctly

After pulling all the Repair orders, and warranty contract it is our belief that we followed proper protocol and procedures for multiple repairs for Mr. **********. Although sympathetic for Mr. ********** as a long time Nemer Ford customer we will not be granting any type of refund, replacement or compensation. We consider the matter closed.
